Dear Ones,
My apologies for the long wait for our May family mail… the last couple of months for me have been filled to overflowing with things clamoring for my time and attention. Nonetheless, it’s such a blessing to know that our faithful God is in control! What a source of peace it is knowing that He’s orchestrating our days and enabling us to “be about the Father’s business” (Luke 2:49) no matter what we’re doing! We can glorify Him whether we are praying, listening, working, serving, preaching, giving – whatever. The what’s, who’s and how’s are not our concern. Doing what He has asked us to do, is. And in that, there’s great rest and great reward.
In Ecclesiastes, the Lord reminds us that there is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven (3:1-8)
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.”
As you read this month’s mail, it’s obvious that the depth of covenant level love, care and faithfulness within the FMM family continues to grow and bear much life sustaining fruit within our midst. And so again we have much in which to rejoice!
As we continue to fix our eyes on the invisible Kingdom while we interact in the visible aspects of life in space and time, the Spirit who is enthroned in our hearts can then freely share the Person of the Risen Lord of Glory through us. We then become points of entry for His Kingdom to impact the hurting souls around us and the healing begins for them, just as it has for us. What an amazing thing it is to be disciples of the God to whom all glory is due! O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His Name together (Psalm 34:3),

Due to this as well, I am able to understand that when you have said God loves us so much, I can now see it here (in you) to have an example. This was the hardest part for me. TRUST. The world always seemed so hostile and lacking anything real or sweet. Although I still see the darkness, I have now encountered the light in your writings and am better able to put the fear thoughts and scariness away. I can now go to God in a more confident way and expect grace, mercy, love & truth. WOW!!! God is amazing…!! therefore I have named you Beautiful John…I see so much beauty inside and out. Many of my patients start reading it while they wait, and by the time I see them they are so excited and blessed—just from reading a few pages.
