Dear Ones,
As you recall, last month’s Family News included the disappointing information that our brothers’ long awaited trip to Omaha was not to be. In some follow up correspondence John sent to these brothers is some very wise advice in how best to deal with the unexpected. May these words bring encouragement to all of us – just substitute the details you’re dealing with wherever it fits and allow yourself to begin to see your issue, whatever it is, in the light of our Great God’s eternal Kingdom purposes:
“Beloved Son… I ask you to join me in remaining completely focused upon the Greatness and Goodness of our Almighty Father and His infinite Wisdom and Timing. Let us give Him all of our attention and trust so that we may share in His Perfect Rest and Peace and Joy, no matter what happens or fails to happen in this fallen world.
If it had been part of God’s Plan for us to be together next month, it would have happened. It still may happen in the near future, but if and when it does, it will be because He is seeing to it. Nothing of what truly happens by the Holy Spirit originates in the hearts, desires and plans of the flesh of fallen men. It comes from the heart of God. And obviously, we want only what He wants, when He wants it, and just the way He wants it. And that is what I ask you all to remain focused on in response to what has happened.
I know that if Father is preventing this visit, He is doing it for our protection, for our best good, and is arranging things according to the Wisdom and Truth of His real Plan and purposes. So even now, we can rejoice and relax, and remain fixed on His beloved Son, the living Word that He has sent to us and that He gave us to share and proclaim and embody before the eyes of the world and all of His demonic enemies.
May Father’s Kingdom come… and His will be done… to us, in us and through us… exactly in time and space, as our Father wants them to be done in Heaven.

Can you see it, dear ones? Where the focus is? And where it is not? That’s a life lesson of great importance for all of us. When we abide in the Kingdom of Heaven while interacting in the kingdoms of the earth, everything changes. We no longer act or react according to any other influence than that still small voice of the Holy Spirit. Renewing our minds in His Truth enables us to see and hear and understand from a very different perspective and its influence in each area of our everyday lives increases day by day.
As you read this month’s Family News, you’ll see how many of our family members are growing in their faith and influence. There’s a popular little saying here, “Bloom where you are planted” and I think that says it well – it really doesn’t matter where we are, what we do, or who we know. Rich or poor, slave or free, male or female, each and every yielded heart has the potential to change the world and that is exactly what happens when we do what we are called to do – lift up the Name above every name, for Yeshua himself said that when He is lifted up, He will draw all men to himself. And so, together, let’s do exactly that!

FROM AFRICA: Dear beloved Dad, Since the first day God guided me and _____ into Follow me ministries on the truth of your teachings, we are not the same again. But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Yeshua, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Dreams can show us our deepest thoughts. I thank God for the dreams you had some few nights ago. It is very awesome! This encourages me to continue spreading the Good news of our dear Lord. Only the preached truth of God’s word planted in lives can save people. One reason why millions proved our teachings to be from God is its base belief in Yeshua messiah as Savior and Lord on the truth status of the Bible rather than the other way around. I believe on the greater things coming as we both look forward for reaching all living in that culture and atmosphere, that has spiritually abused and manipulated. Who have spent years in legalism and fear.
Paul says, “… God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong, and the base things of the world and the despised, God has chosen, the things that are not, that he might nullify the things that are, that no man should boast before God. But by His doing you are in messiah Yeshua, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption, …” (I Cor. 1:27-30) In other words, under Paul’s message, which is foolishness to the world, God has done it all for us and we have nothing to boast about. We are grateful for being a part of your calling. We are on the Olympic race of equipping believers through Africa. We are going into new places that we haven’t gone before and reaching across the globe with the distribution of our teachings and G-d’s plan CD. Satan can only work well under the cover of the darkness of false teachings… He is the prince of darkness and he rules the kingdom of darkness. Just a little light overpowers a lot of darkness. Darkness flees from the light. In the same way lies are exposed when the truth of G-d’s Word comes.
The Bible says that in the last days only those who love the truth will be saved. Paul is referring to professing believers whose lifestyle betrays the cross of Messiah. There were people like this around in Paul’s day and unfortunately there are people like this around in our day. For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Messiah. Philippians 3:18. Apparently, we are doing something right… if that were not so, enemies would not be attacking our websites. But because they are trying to shut us down, it is obvious that what Adat and Follow Me are doing is having some effect and doing damage to the enemy’s efforts to block and distort G-d’s living and written Word. But there is nothing they can do to stop the Resurrection and the takeover of G-d’s Kingdom on Earth. They may slow us down at times, but they will never stop us! May our Father’s Name be praised! FROM AFRICA: I am _____. I was serving a death sentence at prison in _____ for a crime I committed. I put my neighbors house on fire and by the time the fire was put out the owner of the house was burned beyond recognition. I was asked to record a statement, but was locked-up in a police cell, charged with murder, and was sentenced to death. One evening, a preacher visited us in the prison and handed to me a book called The Big Surprise that finally touched and completely changed my life. I promised to write to you. I am out of the prison now and free. Thank you for being there for me.

I wanted to talk with you face to face but brother John has told me that you were refused a visitor visa. I am living with a health condition, from asthma to diabetes to cancer; it’s a terrifying thought. Please pray for me.

As we close out this month’s mail, I would like to share an exchange between the brother who wrote the letter above, and John. As you can see, John’s exhortation continues to build on the importance of keeping our hearts and minds fixed upon Yeshua, and not on our circumstances. He writes:
Our brother _____ answered this man and assured him that the Africa Family would be interceding for him and expressed the hope that they would still be able to meet in the near future as the Lord opens the way for him to come and see us.
I also felt led to send an acknowledgement to this brother concerning his present need, and to share with him something that bubbled up from within, as I was praying for him:
Dear ______ … I am very sorry to hear about the condition of your health at this time. Please be assured that I will be praying for you before the Throne of our Heavenly Father.
I said a prayer for you just now and will continue to intercede on your behalf. As I thought of you this text suddenly came into my conscious awareness:
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21)
And the next text that came to mind was this one:
“…So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord…” (Ephesians 5:17-19)
We all feel immediate fear and anger and shock when we face difficult and dangerous situations that appear to us to be hopeless and evil. That is normal and natural. But God is urging us not to remain stuck in those natural reactions, but to allow Him to equip and empower us to outgrow them. People who do not truly know God, as He really is, are unable to believe and trust Him as He commands us to do. That’s because of their ignorance. But ignorance leads us to look to other things… created things… to help and provide us with relief and a sense of wellbeing. That is why so many turn to drugs, or alcohol or sex or even hyper-religiosity. They use those things to medicate and numb their fear and anxiety and try to make their distresses disappear.
But Father tells us that is foolishness. Doing that will not solve our problems or make them go away. The relief such things are believed to give is not true relief that cures and heals and resolves. It is only anesthesia that numbs our ability to feel for a short time. But when their effects wear off, we are back where we started… faced with the same problems… and lots of pain, fear and stress.
So God is showing us the Wisdom way… the Way of realizing that He is always with us. He never changes in His love for us and in His desire to bless us and impart total joy and fulfillment to us for all eternity. That is why He tells us to fill ourselves with the realization that He is here to speak His living Word into our situations and breathe His Holy Spirit into our innermost being. If we will only believe and turn to Him to receive what He has for us, we can have the Holy Spirit apply to us the fullness of what God has already given to us, and what our Messiah has already earned for us!
Everything we need is in God. And God comes to us through His living Word and His Holy Spirit. The Spirit makes the Word real and alive and very effectively fruitful within us and our circumstances and situations. And the Word does His Father’s will on our behalf and all of God’s Fullness is in Him.
So… the more we agree with God and affirm Him and His Perfection and Perfect Love and Faithfulness to us, the more we can fill ourselves with His Spirit who has already been given to us. We can continually agree with God and submit to His Wisdom, Timing and Plan… and how we fit into His Plan. The wisest thing we can do is to agree with God and what, through His Word, He has already provided for us… even in our most difficult and frightening situations… ESPECIALLY at those times.
Scripture tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God… but when we continue to fill ourselves with the Holy Spirit God wants to breathe into us moment by moment… it is impossible NOT to please Him, for He is then free to apply to us what He has already provided for us in His Word’s perfect finished work of Creation and Redemption.
So dear brother… I will be agreeing with God and asking Him to fulfill His loving plans and desires on your behalf. And I know that will be the best thing that could ever happen to any of us! God bless you and all of your loved ones forever!

Beloved Family… would you please join us in interceding on this brother’s behalf, and on behalf of all of our other Family members that are ailing and having to deal with situations that appear to be overwhelming and invincible? Help us to break through the doubt and fear-producing ‘holograms’ that our demonic enemies and our own fallen flesh keep trying to flash across our inner viewing screens.
Let us come together and contribute to our common, corporate mutual defense… by exercising our God-given, spiritual, airtight faith and trust faculties. Let us blow away the deceptions, delusions and lies that come against God’s Credibility. God has given us invincible spiritual Fire Power to use against those lies. He has given us His Eternal Truth and the Good News concerning His Perfect Finished Work of the Creation and Redemption that He sent His Word to create on our behalf.
And, since He has entrusted to us the task of absorbing, demonstrating and spreading this awesome Finished Reality across the Earth, let us continue, for God’s Eternal Glory and our best and highest good, to cover and protect each other with God’s impenetrable Force Field of Protection and Wellbeing that is, thanks be to God, already fully ours!
