10. Overcoming What Seems to Be Impossible

In the Torah and the Scriptures that follow it, our awesome living God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, reveals that His nature is utterly Perfect and changeless. So it follows that everything He does is also Perfect. God’s living creative Word and His Authority are Perfect. And God’s Holy Spirit and His infinite Power are Perfect. And we have seen that God’s Creation has already contained within itself, from the very beginning, everything that every one of God’s creatures would ever need to fulfill its God-given identity, purpose and destiny. So, God’s Provision for all of us is…Perfect and All-Sufficient. Our greatest reason for rejoicing and feeling secure is the absolute eternal Perfection of our living God who revealed that He has made it possible for all of us to become His Blood Covenant ‘friends!’ And if He takes first class care of all Creation…how much more will His Blood Covenant Family be able to relax, rejoice and ‘enjoy the ride’ as we travel through time and space IN HIM?

God gives us progressive revelation of the Perfect, airtight eternal Covenant He entered into with His living Word, before the foundation of the world. His awesome promises are guaranteed by that Covenant and that is what provides such comprehensive, perfect covering and provision for us all. Even Sin and the fall of the human race and our desperate need for redemption, salvation, regeneration and full restoration were perfectly anticipated, supplied, and paid for within that Eternal Covenant. So throughout eternity past the Perfect Atonement of the eternal Lamb of God was already in place, waiting to appear in space and time, when we all would have the personal need to know about it and be brought into it.

The Torah also reveals and explains much about Sin and what it did to us and the true resultant spiritual state we’re in, as Almighty God sees it. We learn that our original parents’ fall into Sin killed us all and that as long as we remain in that ‘living death’ state and do not faithfully receive and obey God’s Word when He comes to bring God’s Covenant Salvation forward to us, we remain ‘decapitated,’ that is, separated from our only Source of Salvation and Eternal Life, and therefore, dead.

Since we’re conceived into that abiding state of Sin and Death, we’ve called that natural, original form of existence into which we are born – ‘living death’. When we view it that way, it’s easy to see why such people remain at odds with God. He is Life! In His Perfection, His nature never changes; nor do His Life-restoring pronouncements, plans and purposes. God commands us Sin-corrupted and very imperfect people to repent of our living death state and receive the Eternal Life He must be to us if we’re going to be saved, redeemed and restored.

So as God shows us, through His written Word, the Exodus transition we must undergo and complete – from Death to Life – from Sin-Corruption to image and likeness of God Righteousness, and – from the total Darkness of satanic lies, distortions and delusions, to abiding forever with God in His Eternal Light of Truth and Reality. This is an absolute necessity in order to enjoy God’s Salvation. And because His standards are Perfect this is not negotiable or up for debate.

What does “Being Saved” really look like?

Many changes must take place in us if we’re truly going to be ‘saved’. Those changes are not merely intellectual changes that come from a mental understanding of ideas, concepts and intellectual grasping of objective truths. They must be fundamental, basic changes in our essence, nature and state of being. Only actual spiritual regeneration in our innermost being can equip us to start doing the things God commands and to stop doing the living death things we’re so used to doing. God’s requirements never change; they are incomprehensibly high and meet lofty standards that are far beyond the reach of fallen, decapitated flesh. So, our living death cannot be improved or ‘fixed’ or ‘saved.’ It’s too late; when you’re dead…it’s all over! So God must ‘raise the dead’. He must regenerate or ‘recreate’ us before we can be restored to the image and likeness of God level of existence and status that the human race was originally designed and created to occupy and fulfill. And that is a profound level of salvation indeed. It’s not mere mental assent that we give to some theology or set of doctrines…it’s being recreated into a brand new Life and state of being!

But as long as we disbelieve, reject and disobey God’s Word, we remain ‘Head-less’ and abide among the living dead. And God’s Perfection remains hopelessly unattainable to us. Regardless of how vigorously the living dead may plan, scheme and strive to improve, justify and redeem themselves…everything God really requires will remain IMPOSSIBLE for them to do! The dead cannot be or do or achieve anything! It isn’t that some things are possible and within our reach and others are not. To fallen children of Adam, EVERYTHING that it takes to meet God’s Standards is impossible!

This is what the fallen world system and the lords, kings, pharaohs, emperors and presidents who think they are in charge of it, continually fail to realize, much less admit. For those that the world considers to be the most exalted and capable of all, as well as for those of us who are severely damaged or paralyzed or even comatose…everything God requires of us is impossible! There is no difference between ‘the greatest’ and ‘the lowest’. Sin has killed us all, spiritually speaking. Whether living death luxuriates in lavish penthouses or languishes in squalor…it always remains, dead. External temporary, superficial conditions really do not matter. So even in our living death state of existence, God’s Word is still our one and only Source. Whether we admit it or not, He must provide for and maintain, everyone of us in every way, continually. Even if we’re ‘atheists’, all that  we are and have and do must come to us from The Source…the one whose image and likeness we were made to be and who is rightfully supposed to be our Head.

And this is why God’s living Word warned His disciples. What He reveals to us is obvious in the Kingdom of God, but it remains incomprehensible to Serpent-deceived humans who assume it’s normal to merely exist as an independent agent and go through the motions of what they think it is to be alive. But that is pure delusion, even though so many sincerely believe it. Nothing dead will ever be able to come up with a substitute for God’s Reality and Truth. And so God’s Word told His disciples:

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.  I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing!” (John 15:4-5 Emphasis added.)

Yeshua revealed the truth plainly: humans who remain separated from God’s living and written Word are cut off from their Life Source and authoritative Head. In that state, no matter what they try to accomplish by their own efforts, even if they strive to be hyper-religious…or a ‘perfect 10’ in any area of human endeavor…nevertheless, in God’s sight, they are dead and their twitching, spasmodic efforts will have no value in eternity whatsoever.

God’s Perspective vs. the World’s Perspective

But how do worldly people see themselves? How does ‘truth’ seem to Serpent-deceived eyes? To them, everything appears to be just the opposite of what God’s Word reveals. To decapitated people, ‘Man is the measure of all things…and the captain of his own soul and fate.’ And that is why soulish worldly people embrace so heartily, the lie the Serpent told to their original mother, Eve:

“The serpent said to the woman, ‘You surely will not die! For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.’” (Genesis 3:4-5 Emphasis added.)

That’s how the Head-less world sees and thinks. Nevertheless, the God of the Bible sees something altogether different:

“…the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.” (Genesis 6:5-6)

This text isn’t saying that God ‘made a mistake’ when He created us and has therefore changed His mind about us. Remember that God is perfect in nature. Perfection never changes. There is no need for change. So once God decides to create something, His mind concerning its true identity, purpose and destiny remains set and fixed. He will thus overcome any and all Evil that befalls His Creation…with His Eternal Good. He remains ever-intent on transforming His Sin-damaged creation and restoring it exactly to what He always intends for it to be. And unless men remain adamant in their rebellion and rejection of God’s saving living Word, He will set all things right. And His Perfect Eternal Covenant provides all of the means necessary to overcome our deficiencies, free us from the Serpent’s Evil, and restore us to His intended level of Perfection.

The Serpent-dominated world system embodies the rebellion of the Serpent and thus it rejects and ignores God’s Word in order to pursue its own self-adoring and glorifying agendas. That’s why it always falls far short of God’s Perfect Standards:

“…‘Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into (equal and replace) Heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name…” (Genesis 11:4a Amplification and emphasis added.)

So, despite our current sub-human condition and situations that prevent us from serving as the image and likeness of God’s living Word, when God regards us, He continues to envision us as He always intends for us to be. So He is always intent on reconciling with us and rescuing and redeeming and restoring us…until we become what He meant for us to be. His purpose for us is eternally changeless, regardless of how drastically we have been derailed or how far away from God we may currently be in this space and time dimension. God will have the first and last Word. So…the only way we can be deprived of joining God in His Ultimate Fulfillment, is if we deliberately reject His living and written Word…our rightful Head…and grieve His Holy Spirit by refusing to allow His infinite Power to enter us and impart God’s Perfect Salvation and Restoration to us. That’s why His living Word said:

“He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters. Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit (of Almighty God) shall not be forgiven. Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man (Yeshua of Nazareth), it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit (of the living God who makes God’s Word, Messiah Yeshua, real and alive to you and in you), it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit. You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. The good man brings out of his good treasure (stored in his heart) what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil (heart) treasure what is evil. But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the Day of Judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” (Matthew 12:30-37 Amplification and emphasis added.)

It’s always up to us to choose

Because we can do nothing in our living death state, God’s Word is sent to us to empower us to make the Life-receiving, God-approved choices. So we are able to choose to believe and serve the Word of the true living God, or believe and serve the word of the Serpent. If we receive and believe what God reveals to us through His living and written Word, we can see through the Serpent’s lies and realize our true Sin-corrupted state as it really is in the Light of God’s infinitely Perfect Standard of Righteousness (See Isaiah 6 and Matthew 13). And that realization of our true state before God totally devastates us when we first become aware of it (See our Genesis meditation No. 2: ‘Naked Before God’). But that awareness also prepares our hearts to repent of that state and choose God’s Salvation. We can finally admit our total bankruptcy to God and beg Him to re-attach us to our True Head…His living Word…on His terms. Then God’s Spirit is free to make us one with Yeshua (Salvation) who then bring us into God’s Eternal Covenant and grafts us into the Original Salvation Root that God already shares with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel). We become new creations – God’s regenerated children and citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, and co-heirs with God’s living Word for all Eternity. The Word then becomes our Messiah, the Last Adam – our Eternal Covenant Representative with whom the Father is eternally well pleased…in spirit and in truth.

Beloved one, when you see the Truth and allow this miracle of God’s Goodness and Eternal Lovingkineness to truly pierce and penetrate your heart of hearts, you will be equipped to see and understand this other awesome Truth:

Every command and requirement that God gives to the fallen, decapitated flesh of the Serpent-dominated children of the First Adam…is utterly beyond us to attain by our own efforts. It’s impossible for ‘the living dead’ to obey at a level that would satisfy God’s perfectly Perfect Standards for Eternal Life. So in His Wisdom, Truth and Integrity, when God reveals His perfect standards and commands that we must meet and abide in, He is actually giving those commands to our Head…His living Word…Yeshua the Messiah! Only our Lord and Master has the Authority to impart the awesome Gift of the Holy Spirit to those who were formerly ‘decapitated’. But to do that, we must submit to Him and receive Him as our one and only Head. Then the Power of the Holy Spirit will in turn make God’s living Word real and alive to us, and active in us and through us. Once we’re united to our True Head, the Father who sent Him to us can make us His own. And then God, through His Word and Holy Spirit, can fulfill God’s perfect commands and standards…perfectly…in our name! Only the Perfect God can meet His own Perfect Standards…PERFECTLY. And that is what He does for us; He makes us to be His regenerated sons…through His awesome Eternal Blood Covenant and the living Word that fulfills His will on our behalf!

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory.” (Ephesians 1:3-12)

So in light of what God’s Word begins to show us in the basic, foundational Genesis and Exodus Treasury of Revelation, I ask you to understand and ponder these commands God gave to the original disciples of His living Word…to Abraham, and to the nation of Israel, and to the New Covenant disciples of the Messiah. To whom is He really giving these commands? Who is the only one that could be perfect enough to actually fulfill them to God’s eternal satisfaction?

“I am God Almighty; walk before Me, and be blameless. I will establish My covenant between Me and you, and I will multiply you exceedingly.” (Genesis 17:1-2)

“…Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you.” (Genesis 22:2)

“…come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.” (Exodus 3:10)

“Now then, IF …you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, THEN you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel.” (Exodus 19:5-6)

“Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” (Deuteronomy 6:4-9)

“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.” (Luke 6:35-36)

 “You are the Light of the World. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven. Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” (Matthew 5:14-20)

If you are decapitated or you still think, act, react and interact as you did when you were decapitated…then you’ll interpret everything God says as being all about you. You will assume you are the one who has to be at the center of everything and accomplish everything. So your ‘mind pictures’ will show you as being the ‘star of the show’ and the ‘hero of the story.’

But when you abide as one with your Eternal Covenant Representative, and realize that apart from Him, you’re dead and that now, He truly is your Head and your Life…then the mind pictures change drastically. You realize that God’s Word is the Star of the Show and Hero of the Story. And all that your Head is and does is flowing into you by His Authority and the Power of His Holy Spirit. Then you can see that what He is and what He does and has in His Eternal Perfection…also flows into and belongs to you, now that you share His Life and Holy Spirit with Him. Now you are His co-heir! God is giving Himself to you! And the Perfection of His living Word is ready to flow into you and is thus able to ‘radiate’ out from you while you learn to rejoice and rest…IN HIM and in HIS PERFECTION!

This is the awesome Eternal Covenant Truth that God sent His living Word to reveal to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Moses. This is what He came to offer to us all…through the faithful Remnant of His Israel. This is the new Ground into which He came to ‘transplant’ the entire fallen human race! When we receive Him and begin to believe and obey Him…He becomes our Head and our Redemption and Eternal Life! And He also begins to serve as our Wisdom, Obedience and Righteousness. He is our only Way. Only His Life and Ability can obey and satisfy God’s infinitely Perfect Standards of Righteousness and Justice, perfectly. Apart from Him, there is no other way. Apart from Him…we are always…dead.

“For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the Power of God and the Wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

For consider your calling, brethren, that there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble; but God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong, and the base things of the world and the despised God has chosen, the things that are not, so that He may nullify the things that are, so that no man may boast before God. But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us Wisdom from God, and Righteousness and Sanctification, and Redemption, so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord!” (1 Corinthians 1:22-31)

Impossible to us, but Always Possible for God

We must realize that the Almighty, Infinitely Perfect living God never changes…and that He continues to hold and maintain in existence all people who are born into the decapitated state of living death… and that in themselves, they are terribly maimed, broken and corrupted by Sin. Then it becomes obvious that they are utterly incapable of doing anything God’s Perfect nature requires of them by their own initiatives and efforts. And yet, in light of God’s changeless Perfection, as long as they remain apart from their Creator and Sustainer, God’s living Word, it is utterly IMPOSSIBLE for them to obey and fulfill God’s changeless orders in a way that would pass His Perfect Standards and Judgment.

That’s why all of the religious posturing of deceived false religions and teachers keep those who believe in them self-centered and selfish and thus, decapitated. So their striving to be ‘spiritual’ and ‘righteous’ is ludicrous. If you look seriously at what God Almighty commands and ponder the meaning of His commands in the Light of His infinitely Perfect Justice and Holy Standards of Righteousness, then you will see how lofty and demanding and overwhelmingly unattainable those standards remain for the likes of any of us. From Abraham…to Moses…to the world’s pharaohs, to the nation of Israel…and to the rest of the fallen world, there is no one who can equal or be compared to our Awesome Almighty, Holy God! So He alone is Preeminent over all of us.

“In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple. Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one called out to another and said,

“‘Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, the whole earth is full of His glory!’

“And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. Then I said, ‘Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!’” (Isaiah 6:1-5)

Seriously…do you think for one second, that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses or any of those former slaves of the original Exodus would have been able to obey and fulfill what God was requiring them to do? Do you really think that any Sin-blasted human being or any man-controlled religion can obey and fulfill such incredibly lofty orders? Do you not know what Sin is and what it has done to the entire human race? Is it ever possible for dead people to perform the acts or achieve the results of the living? Would it have been possible for the people spoken of in the Torah to plan out an agenda by which they could execute and fulfill God’s commandments in their own strength…and still satisfy the infinitely Perfect Standards of the Holy God of all Creation?

If you can see how impossible all of that was for those poor, weak, broken, Sin-corrupted little humans to accomplish…then answer this question. Who was God really talking to when He gave these poor stunned Jewish and non-Jewish humans such lofty commandments at Mount Sinai? Who would have been able to fulfill Almighty God’s orders in a way that would enable Him to rest in infinitely perfect and eternal Satisfaction, Contentment and Fulfillment?

The pharaoh’s wisest, most highly trained scholars, wise men and magicians would not have been able to do it. No guru or prophet or founder of any world religion would have been able to leap across the infinite chasm that separates our dead fallen flesh from the Standards of the Almighty Living God! So how could poor broken, humbled Moses and that rabble of enslaved, downtrodden, disenfranchised Jewish and non-Jewish slaves he was commanded to lead, have been able to satisfy the plans and requirements Almighty God kept placing before them? Could you or I have done it? Can anyone who is alive today that is just like us, be perfect as God is perfect? Can dogs fly and leopards change their spots? Can the living dead suddenly become the image and likeness of the living God? To what source other than the living God Almighty Himself, the Source of all things, could we ever look? God is here to expose all false gods…including all human decapitated flesh:

“Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field are they, and they cannot speak; they must be carried, because they cannot walk! Do not fear them, for they can do no harm, nor can they do any good.

“There is none like You, O Lord; You are great, and great is Your Name in might. Who would not fear You, O King of the nations? Indeed it is Your due! For among all the wise men of the nations and in all their kingdoms, there is none like You.

But they are altogether stupid and foolish in their discipline of delusion—their idol is wood! Beaten silver is brought from Tarshish and gold from Uphaz, the work of a craftsman and of the hands of a goldsmith; violet and purple are their clothing; they are all the work of skilled men. But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth quakes and the nations cannot endure His indignation.” (Jeremiah 10:5-10)

“Thus says the Lord, ‘Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest? For My hand made all these things, thus all these things came into being,’ declares the Lord.

“But to this one I will look, to him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and WHO TREMBLES AT MY WORD!’” (Isaiah 66:1-2 Emphasis added.)

“For not knowing about God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the Righteousness of God. For Christ (Messiah) is the end (Goal or Destination) of the Law for Righteousness to everyone who believes.

“For Moses writes (in the Torah) that the man who practices the righteousness which is based on law shall live by that righteousness. But the Righteousness based on faith speaks as follows: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down), or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).’ But what does it say? ‘The (Living) word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart’—that is, the Word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in Righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in Salvation (Yeshua). For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.’ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for ‘Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’” (Romans 10:3-13)

The Only Source

Beloved disciples-in-training…can you see it? It’s never about the living dead! It is ALWAYS about God’s awesome, Perfect Living Word! He is the only Source of Life. Don’t you realize that there is only ONE in existence that can attend properly to the will, wishes, desires and commands of the living Almighty God? Who is this Perfect One? Who is the Priest that can actually stand before God’s Presence and actually please and satisfy the Infinite, Holy, Righteous and Almighty Living God of all Creation, in the name of that Creation? It is the living Word of God Himself. It is your Master…the one who chose and called you out of the crowd and said to you: “Follow Me!” He, the Messiah of Israel, is the One…the true Hero of your story and mine, the Real Star of the entire show of all of Sin-blasted Creation, including humanity.

“‘For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,’ declares the Lord. For as the Heavens are higher than the Earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My Word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:8-11)

When God’s living Word is sent to reveal Himself to decapitated, Sin-corrupted men and women and summons us all to follow Him, He is calling us out of the Serpent’s radical independence from God! He is telling us to repent of being Headless. And He is commanding us to repent of our demonic delusions and to come out of the Serpent’s abysmal state of living death self-life so that He can ‘transplant’ us into Himself! Then we can be free to follow and become one with the only One Who could be and who actually is – Eternal Life and Perfect Righteousness!

God’s Word is drawing us all back to Himself, to Messiah-Life…so that the Holy Spirit can unite us to our true common Head. And when we’re one with Him, the infinitely Righteous Life and Perfect, God-satisfying Obedience of Almighty God Himself can begin to abide and operate from within us…and we can then share in all that God is ready to shower upon His True, Perfect Image and Likeness…Yeshua…and those who abide and interact with Yeshua…as one! When the Messiah Himself is your Life…then you truly are ‘Messianic’!

 “While he (Peter) was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, ‘This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to HIM!’  When the disciples heard this, they fell face down to the ground and were terrified. And Jesus came to them and touched them and said, ‘Get up, and do not be afraid.’ And lifting up their eyes, they saw no one except Jesus Himself alone.” (Matthew 17:5-8)

 “For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His Majesty. For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, ‘This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased’— and we ourselves heard this utterance made from Heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.” (2 Peter 1:16-18 Emphasis added.)

“‘Even in your Law (Torah) it has been written that the testimony of two men is true. I am He who testifies about Myself, and the Father who sent Me testifies about Me.’ So they were saying to Him, ‘Where is Your Father?’ Jesus answered, ‘You know neither Me nor My Father; if you knew Me, you would know My Father also.’” (John 8:17-19)

So when we are decapitated…or when we still suffer from the effects of the programming and wiring we received and developed while we were in that decapitated state, God (if we even think about Him) seems to us to be light years removed from our existence and circumstances and daily affairs. And we see and feel ourselves to be alone and forced to rely on our own devices. So, naturally we feel that we’re the ones in charge and are responsible for doing everything and getting everything that needs to be done…done. That decapitated perspective we’re so used to is what forces us to think and act, react and interact in such selfish, self-centered, non-Biblical ways.

But when we know God’s Word, and believe what He reveals, we know that all of that is nothing more than Serpent-induced self-life delusion. None of that could ever be seriously real. It is metaphysically impossible for any of that to even exist! No created thing can ever be radically independent of its Creator…not even the Serpent. So don’t allow yourself to continue to be deceived. Listen to God’s Word. Embrace and identify with Him completely. Depend on Him for everything. He has been sent to cover your nakedness and draw you back to Himself…so that He can be your Eternal Life and your Perfect Wedding Garment!

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the Darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does Evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the Truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought IN GOD!” (John 3:16-21 Emphasis added.)

This was at the heart of everything that God’s Word was sent to reveal to Moses; and through Moses…to all of Israel, and through all of Israel…to the entire world system…and all of the fallen flesh that is striving incessantly to try to make Death ‘work.’

The Serpent can’t stop trying to usurp the place of God’s living Word. And He won’t stop trying to deceive and manipulate any human that continues to fall for his lies. But the Word of God made flesh has already crushed the Serpent’s false ‘headship’…because He and He alone is the True Head of all of God’s Creation. And NOTHING created must ever be allowed to come between Him and us…not even some organized, man-controlled, fleeting religious or military or political empire! It is the glory, honor and privilege of the Word’s true disciples to believe, abide with and embody the Eternal Life and Light that is in Him…in God’s living Word alone! Anything that would protect, enhance and perpetuate our direct union with the Eternal One is acceptable. But nothing that would interfere with or retard or try to replace that union with Him can be allowed to stand between us and the Source of Eternal Life! Only God’s living Word can overcome the Sin devastation that originally murdered us…and only He can do what to all the rest of us is utterly impossible! So look to Him and to Him alone…and LIVE!
