Beloved Family… during the years in which I’ve felt compelled to know our risen Lord, more and more, I’ve seen and heard many people give wonderful testimonies concerning God’s awesome faithfulness and credibility. These testimonies tell of many seemingly hopeless situations and the near despair that the people felt amid the overwhelming pressures they had to endure. Then the people tell about how they prayed and asked God to intervene… and how wonderfully He responded and provided what they needed in amazing ways they could have never anticipated or imagined.
Personally, I never tire of hearing these testimonies. They are heart-rending reminders of what Father keeps telling us in His written Word. Not only does He reveal how faithful He is, He also commands us to rejoice and rest in Him always! And He then emphasizes this command by reversing the perspective: He tells us that we are not ever to be anxious about ANYTHING! (Philippians 4:6)
This is how our Heavenly Father shows us that His nature is absolutely PERFECT. He emphasizes that His Faithfulness is INFINITELY AIRTIGHT in its credibility and reliability. It tells us that He is an Eternally Flawless Blood Covenant God, eternally determined to stand by us and provide for our every need. He is absolutely relentless in doing Good for His Creation, and His Covenant Loyalty to us is always operating at full capacity and force! There is no end or limit to how much we can afford to trust in the Goodness and Reliability of our one true God! Because God is who He is, whoever believes and trusts in His Living and written Word is eternally BLESSED AND SAFE!
God is Not Limited
This is why true disciples of His Word can afford to rejoice in our Lord always… and to rest in endless confidence, with a sense of airtight peace-filled assurance that matches, and corresponds to, and reflects, the Airtight Reliability of His Infinitely Perfect Nature. (See Isaiah 43, John 10:22-30, Philippians 4:4-13, and Hebrews 13:5-6.) This is the most wonderful Truth imaginable: although it is true that, to those of us who live in the dimension of space and time, everything appears to be unfinished and undecided and ‘up in the air.’ But the Reality is, that our God is not at all limited by our time and space! He abides in the Dimension of Eternity, where everything is simultaneously present and already established on an everlasting and permanent basis. Here on Earth, it appears to us as if everything is still to be determined; but in the mind and will of Almighty God, EVERYTHING IS ALREADY FINISHED!
Dear ones, this is our awesome secret… our ‘ace in the hole,’ our unshakable Assurance and Guarantee that provides us with absolute Peace, Rest, Joy, and Wellbeing, no matter what may be happening or failing to happen, in this fallen, temporary world. We are told not to believe our eyes and ears… we are directed to place 100% of our faith, hope, trust and every expectation upon the Living Eternally Credible, Covenant-keeping God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Furthermore, we can deduce from all this that if something should go wrong, and we find ourselves apart from God and His Perfect Faithfulness, it will be due to our own deliberate choices. Our self-embraced disbelief and rebellion against God’s Word are the only things in existence that can separate us from the love of God, as He showers it upon His Creation through His beloved Son, the Living Word, Yeshua.
Ecclesiastes 3 tells us that God has placed eternity in our hearts. And part of what that means is this: by the obedience of faith, we are equipped, even while we are still en route on our Exodus Journey, to be able to afford to abide with, and in, our Eternal God’s Perfect Fullness, drawing at all times from His Eternal Abundance. The Truth is, Almighty God can supply us with our ‘Daily Bread’, every step along the way of our Trek. And God amplifies the impartation of this Reality by commanding us to trust Him no matter what may be happening, or failing to happen, in this fallen world. If we understand what He is conveying to us, and obey His command to rejoice in Him, He will reveal more and more of His ever-present Perfection to us, in the very midst of our impossible situations.
We can see the Truth of this in and through the lives and situations of various men and women that were part of His Covenant with Israel. The Bible is a Blood Covenant Document that reveals and ‘unpacks’ the meaning contained in our Perfect God’s unbreakable ‘Blood Brother’ relationship with His chosen people… and any other people that become willing to allow Him to engraft them into Israel’s New Covenant Bond with the Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob! Once people have been grafted into this Covenant, they too become ‘Blood Brothers’ with the Living God, who creates and sustains all the things that make up the created universe. These assurances hold true for Jewish believers, and also for non-Jewish believers. Since God created them, His Perfect Nature will look after and love and supply the needs of them all. Only our stubborn unbelief and rebellious disobedience can cut us off from His Covenant Lovingkindness and maroon us in a desolate swamp of our own making.
God’s Unfolding Self-Revelation
The very difficult times that Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph had to endure are foundational examples of how God deserves and establishes airtight Trust from us, through the marvelous information He gives in Genesis. That Foundation of Truth provides the bedrock-solid ‘faith footings’ that Genesis and the rest of the Torah (Pentateuch) provides for the human race. Throughout that foundational Torah base, God’s unfolding Self-revelation continues to shore up these footings by revealing more of His wonderful Reality and Truth through the ways He responded to, and cared for, Moses and Aaron in the daunting challenges they had to face while dealing with the pharaoh of Egypt and his enormously powerful religious, political and military establishment.
Then we read about Joshua and Caleb… in Joshua, the book that immediately follows the Torah portion of Scripture. Here we see God at work on their behalf by the way He opens the way for them to proceed into the Land of Promise, and by the way that He empowers them to fulfill their seemingly impossible task of leading the second generation of Exodus Israelites into the Land that He had promised to give them. At that time, Jericho, and the rest of the land was overrun by long-established governments and cities and infrastructures of various Canaanite peoples. And they were not about to be passive or to allow these Israelites to threaten or impinge upon the land and communities and homes, customs, established religions and time honored holdings they had valued and held dear for many generations.
So, soon after Israel had managed to take some of the territories God had promised to give them, we see, through the lives of people like Samson, Gideon, Deborah, and David, how much continuous conflict Israel had to witness and endure. God’s chosen people were always being besieged and attacked by the surrounding peoples and nations, such as the Amalekites, Philistines, Midianites, Assyrians, Babylonians, and Greeks. And that pattern continues even to this day!
Why The Antagonism?
And of course, we know, from the apostolic New Covenant writings, that the proclamations of the Resurrection of Messiah Yeshua, and the Truth and Reality of His New Covenant claims, are always viewed negatively by unbelieving people, Jewish and non-Jewish alike. Self-driven people of this fallen world continue to insist on clinging to some alternative man-made substitute ‘gospel’ and man-derived form of righteousness. They invent a variety of false gods and religions to maintain and strengthen their disbelief and rebellion. They foment suspicion, contempt, hostility and deadly counterforce against Yeshua and His claims and promises, and against His disciples.
This antagonism arises because of the dire spiritual state and situation of the fallen race of Adam. God has revealed in His Torah that all mankind is desperately in need of His Redemption, Salvation, Regeneration and Total Restoration! This is why God never backs off from trying to reach the world and get through to it. He never stops sending His assigned messengers into the world to announce the Truth of His Living Word made flesh, and to demonstrate His Son’s Validity and Reality by equipping Yeshua’s disciples to live out His Truth in supernaturally mysterious ways. God desires to display His own faith-filled people to the rest of the world as examples for all. The supernatural Fruit He produces on their behalf makes it clear that He is always abiding in their midst, responding to their faith in Him… as He endorses their testimonies with supernatural Power… before the eyes of the unbelievers that surround them.
And this is why God requires those who believe, to stand on His New Covenant Fulfilling Truth and to rely continually on the promises and assurances He makes to His Covenant Family. If we do as he tells us, the Holy Spirit, who has already been given to us, will equip and empower us to embody our risen Messiah’s indwelling Presence. God’s Word made flesh has sworn to be with us and in us… no matter what might happen (Matthew 28:18-20). And because He is with us to serve as our abiding, indwelling Life, He requires us to rejoice in Him, and draw whatever we need from Him, no matter what the cost of doing so might be.
Matthew 5:14-19
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.
“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law (Torah) or the Prophets (The Hebrew Scriptures); I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. For truly I say to you, until Heaven and Earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven!” (Emphasis added.)
The Restoration of His Creation is vitally important to our Heavenly Father. And this is what Israel’s New Covenant with God is destined to fulfill and bring to pass. So the testimonies that God’s people are to give to the world are of vital importance to the world, for unless those who are lost, due to ignorance and the errors caused by demonic deception, hear and understand the Truth, they will not have a chance of knowing their true eternal peril. Nor will they have any chance of being drawn into a sense of conviction over their state of Sin, and to the state of repentance that would lead them to receive their Salvation from God’s Living Word. And if they remain separated from God’s Word, they will not be redeemed and saved from their impending state of Eternal Spiritual Death.
Because Sin and Death have infected and corrupted our fallen human nature to such a terminal depth, people are born into this fallen world with a very damaged and skewed fallen nature. And that state generates many deeply embedded false perceptions and assumptions. For example, from infancy, we’re programmed and wired to assume that Man is the measure of all things and that we must develop and control and protect and supply our own needs and protect and ensure our own safety, wellbeing, and destinies. Worldly people firmly believe that everything, including their wellbeing in the next life, depends exclusively on how well they can work and strive to control and manipulate everything under the sun.
Unrelenting God
Therefore, when they first hear God’s ‘Good News of Redemption and Restoration’ it appears and sounds like a death sentence to them. They assume that God wants to deprive them of everything they value and covet and hold most dear. And that is why they react to God’s Message, and His messengers, with such contempt and fear and animosity that is often utterly ruthless, brutal, and deadly. But the Truth is this: God has sent His Living Word to deliver us all from our inherited state of living death… so that He can be free to transport us into His Eternal Life and Heavenly State of Perfect Wellbeing!
So the deceptions that hinder and cripple fallen humans and prevent them from knowing God as He really is, puts God’s messengers in a most difficult situation. On the one hand, our God never backs off from or holds back on His initiatives to invade the space of these unbelieving, hostile peoples. They and their salvation are precious to Him. He gives their future wellbeing top priority. That’s why He keeps sending His Word’s disciples out to proclaim their Messiah and His Truth. But the world continues to mistrust, suspect, and totally resent God and His persistent invasiveness. So they come against the disciples with demonically induced ‘backlashes’ that generate tremendous hostility against us. Therefore, we must endure and face continuous spiritual and physical warfare from the world, the flesh and the devil. The world remains dead set against allowing the Truth and Reality of Heaven from invading and interfering with the agendas of its people, who, spiritually and physically speaking, must, therefore, remain trapped in their inherited state of the living death that comes from being slaves to Self.
So, given the inevitable conflict between the Spirit-empowered Hosts of Heaven and the earthly self-driven forces of the powers of Darkness, it is necessary for those of us who are called by the Lord to be His disciples and to follow wherever He is told by His Father to lead us… to learn from our Biblical spiritual forefathers and leaders. They show us, by their example, how to deal with the opposition that we are most certainly bound to encounter. What they did, and how they did it, is of vital importance to us. So what did they do? Did they try to beat their worldly enemies at their own games… by resorting to amassing as much military and economic might and power as they could, to counter the efforts of the world? Did they use threats and the sword and other man-controlled worldly methods of public manipulation and influence over the minds of the masses? Did they scheme and plot endlessly to outfox and outmaneuver their opponents? Or rather, did they continue to focus on God and His Perfect Presence and His Biblically-recorded revelations, commands, and promises, as expressed in Luke 6:20-26?
“And turning His gaze toward His disciples, He began to say, “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you shall be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. Blessed are you when men hate you, ostracize you, and insult you, and scorn your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man. Be glad in that day and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in Heaven. For in the same way their fathers used to treat the prophets. But woe to you who are rich, for you, are receiving your comfort in full. Woe to you who are well fed now, for you shall be hungry. Woe to you who laugh now, for you shall mourn and weep. Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for their fathers used to treat the false prophets in the same way.”
Worldly self-adoring people strive to amass as much power, wealth and privilege as possible for themselves. In other words, they are inherently selfish, greedy, predatory, and endlessly in search of whatever advantage they might discover or concoct for their personal pursuits. And, because they reject and ignore the Word of the one true Infinitely All-Sufficient God, they always have a gut feeling that there’s never enough wealth and power to go around… that nothing and no one is ever sufficient or good enough. So each one is driven to reach higher and higher, and to try to amass more and more. Thus they develop the minds and lifestyles of insecure slaves! They feel driven to have to do and control everything by their own wits, devices, and efforts. Thus they assume full responsibility for whatever results they may or may not manage to achieve. So I ask you to notice the difference between their worldly, ‘work, strife, and struggle’ perspective, and what the Word of God, who is our Covenant Representative and Champion, reveals to His own:
Luke 6:27-36
“But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you; bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your coat; do not withhold your shirt from him either. Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. If you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners in order to receive back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.”
The disciples of God’s Word are so thoroughly blessed and endowed by their indwelling Master that they can easily afford to be kind, gentle and patient with the fallen, demonically deceived and blinded people around them. They lose nothing by giving what they have, for it is being replenished liberally and endlessly by God’s Infinite Store of Eternal Grace. And this is what our Lord was referring to when He said the following words in the presence of His first-century disciples:
Matthew 11:28-30
“At that time Jesus said, “I praise You, Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight. All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest 5or your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Beloved, of course, the burden of the disciples will be light! How could it not be easy and restful when we know that our awesome Lord, the Living Word of God made flesh, has already done all of the necessary work and has forever set us free from fear, anxiety and self-driven toil to improve and save ourselves? This is the awesome Heavenly ‘secret’ that this poor struggling, anxiety-ridden world always fails to perceive and enjoy! Notice also that God is calling us to aspire to the level of Righteousness and Performance reserved for Almighty God alone! Of course, that is impossible for us! And that is precisely the point Scripture intends to make! It’s not up to us to strive to do everything for ourselves and by ourselves! We are not to try to live and strive to be like God, or to assume we have it in us to do any of this for Him, or on an equal footing with Him. He’s telling us that He has already handled all of that for us and He is now here with us, to distribute the benefits of that finished work, to us.
Matthew 6:7-15
“And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. Pray, then, in this way:
“‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. ‘Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’]
“For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.”
Father sent His Living Word to become one of us and to serve as our Covenant Representative and Champion, so that the Work would be done to Perfection on our behalf, by Almighty God Himself!
God is telling us to allow His Living Word and Holy Spirit to live and work from within our spirit, soul, and body! He is ready to equip and empower us to abide with Him, by faith in His Perfection, so that by the Absolute Authority of His Living Word and the omnipotent Power of His Holy Spirit, He can move and enable us to defer to Him and rely on Him to do what only He can do on our behalf. God equips and empowers His own, both to will, and to do whatever meets and satisfies His own perfectly Perfect Standards of Righteousness and Truth. That’s right… that’s the wonderful Secret… God Almighty does it… in our name… at a level of Perfection that satisfies His Perfect Nature! (See Philippians 2:12-16)
So, our Messiah abides with us, through the Holy Spirit’s agency, so that He may continue to teach and train His disciples to operate along these lines, allowing God to work from within us, so that He might be able to be and to have and to do, what only God could be and do on our behalf:
Luke 6:37-38
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.”
God is the one who will judge each human He creates. He will not judge them according to what they have managed to be and do for Him, in their own strength and by their own devices… but they will be judged according to whether or not they believed and obeyed God’s Word… and submitted to His Absolute Authority… to deny themselves, pick up their own crosses… and follow Him into the totally Heavenly Life that only the Holy Spirit of God and the Perfect Finished Workings of His Word can be and do from within them. If they rely on God’s Word to reveal and effect everything necessary and to obey the commands He has given to them, and fulfill all of God’s requirements and promises in their name, God is free to do what only He is able to do, to them, in them, and through them! This is how God can meet His own requirements and empower His Word’s disciples to meet His infinitely Perfect Standards on behalf of all of mankind!
Therefore, so-called human gurus, experts, and spiritual tyrants who invent and foment man-centered, self-striving false religions, theologies and philosophies, are called ‘blind guides.’ And this is what the Lord was revealing to His disciples when He said the following:
And He also spoke a parable to them: “A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit? A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained (to allow His Teacher, God’s Living Word, to be His indwelling Life, only then, he) will be like his teacher. Why do you look at the (self-adoring) speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the (self-adoring) log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.
“For there is no good (Spirit-empowered human) tree which produces bad fruit, nor, on the other hand, a bad (self-driven) tree which produces good (Holy Spirit produced) fruit. For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a briar bush. The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good, and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.
Luke 6:39-46
“Why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?”
And He amplified this Truth during his time with the Israelite religious leader, Nicodemas, who was as religious as any fallen man could ever be, and yet, despite all of his previous training and acquisition of erudition, he still did not have a clue concerning what God’s Word made flesh was saying to Him. So in John chapter 3, Yeshua explains it further:
John 3:4-8
“Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
The Lord’s true New Covenant disciples live by maintaining their entire focus upon their indwelling God… believing that He has already covered and paid for and supplied everything necessary. What we try to do for ourselves is Sin-contaminated. It comes from this fallen world. But what God has already done for us, through His Word, comes to us through the Perfect Resurrection Glory of our Messiah’s glorified Humanity! So if we depend on Him to supply everything we will ever need in this world of time and space… exclusively… God is free to supply all that we need from His Heavenly Treasury of Grace! Only God is able to transmit what we need, right here and right now, from the Eternal Treasury of His Word’s Perfect Finished Works of Creation and Redemption. All of that Fullness exists within God’s Eternal Living Word! So, when we are one with God’s Word, Messiah Yeshua, we are one with Almighty God Himself!
Colossians 1:15-20
“He is the Image of the invisible God, the Firstborn of all Creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him, all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on Earth or things in Heaven.” (Amplified; Emphasis added.)
Thus if disciples live by this level of obedient faith in the Word’s Perfect indwelling Presence and Infinite Majesty and Authority, they cooperate with God as He Himself continually fulfills all that He has revealed, commanded and promised to us in His written Word. This is how being one with God in His Covenant puts us in position to be filled and fueled by God. Just as branches on a vine cannot be or do or have anything by their independent effort, neither can we initiate anything that will pass God’s awesome Standards. So, God Himself has to move us and motivate us and take us along the ‘Narrow Path’ of being and acting as one with His Word… according to His New Covenant with His True, Eternal Israel. This is why what Yeshua says to us is so vitally important:
John 15:4-11
“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
“My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full!” (Emphasis added.)
So, despite the contempt and ill-will of fallen, self-adoring men who know nothing of these awesome Heavenly Realities, true Last Days disciples will fear God, rather than cowering and submitting to controlling, arrogant men. Regardless of circumstances and situations, they will keep doing what God has commanded all of mankind to do, to serve as beacons of Heavenly Light amidst the demonic Darkness of Self-life deceptions. They will honor and obey Yeshua, rather than caving in under the weight of opposing public opinion and political, economic, military and religious opposition.
It is our glory and privilege to continue to live out and demonstrate the invincible, everlasting ways of our Heavenly Father’s Kingdom in the face of the very fragile and temporary devices and false substitutes manufactured by the wiles of fallen men who are here today and gone tomorrow. So let’s ponder once more the tremendous revelation our Master gave to His disciples at the time when He was first instituting and launching the New Covenant that God has promised to make with Israel, and to anyone who would allow God to engraft them into this Covenant:
Matthew 5:13-20
“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your Light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.
“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law (Torah) or the Prophets (the Tanach or, Hebrew Scriptures that I have given to Israel and to all the fallen sons of Adam); I did not come to abolish but to fulfill (all of that Myself, by living and working from within the repentant sons of Adam!) For truly I say to you, until (the current) Heaven and Earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished (in your name, by Almighty God Himself).
“Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be (trying to remove God from His Throne that is in the heart of each and every human. And therefore, he shall be) called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever (lives from the Life and Power of God that indwells each true disciple) keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the (self-adoring, hyper-religious, flesh-driven) scribes and Pharisees, you will (never meet God’s Perfect Standards by your self-driven efforts. And thus, you will) not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Beloved Family… because our God is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, the Standards for Admission into the Kingdom of Almighty God are, by their very God-revealing essence, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Therefore I ask you to ponder this Reality deeply: who but God Himself would be able to satisfy such exalted and perfect standards? To be allowed to enter the Kingdom of God, we must first become one with God, so that the Fullness of Perfection that is in Him, may also be given to us. Only then will we have the level of Righteousness and Purity needed to pass the awesome Judgment that awaits all fallen flesh. It will be God’s Righteousness, not our cheap counterfeit Sin-contaminated substitute ‘righteousness’ that will pass His awesome Judgement! So for us, nothing short of God Himself will do!
And this is why our FMM ‘Marching Orders’ are so necessary. As soon as we are truly one with God’s Living Word, in Spirit and in Truth, we become one with the Father who speaks His Word into the innermost being of any child of Adam that will repent of his or her radical independence and the false sense of self-righteous sufficiency that it imparts.
May we all be delivered from those awful curses that God had to pronounce of the fallen flesh of unrepentant human beings in Genesis 3:17-19. May we be found on that day to be perfect and sufficiently covered by the sacrificial Blood Covering that is given to us by the Living Word of God, who was sent by His Father for that specific purpose.
Genesis 3:20-21
“Then to Adam, He said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat from it’;
Cursed is the ground because of you;
In toil, you will eat of it
All the days of your life.
“Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you;
And you will eat the plants of the field;
By the sweat of your face
You will eat bread,
Till you return to the ground,
Because from it you were taken;
For you are dust,
And to dust, you shall return.”“Now the man called his wife’s name Eve, because she was the mother of all the living. The Lord God made garments of skin (the skins of animals that had been sacrificially sacrificed for the purpose of covering human spiritual and moral nakedness) for Adam and his wife, and (God Himself, through His Living Creative Word, is the one who) clothed them.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
And so, beloved disciples of our resurrected Messiah… you have great cause to rejoice in the glorious revelation that God has entrusted to your care and to your faithful proclamation. How utterly miserable and hopeless this poor fallen demon-possessed world would be had not the Light of God’s Truth invaded the dark dungeon that the Sin of the Serpent has created in this dimension!
Dear ones, I urge you to love and embrace the Word of God. Draw continual benefit from the Fullness of Almighty God that is contained within Him… fill yourselves with that Fullness of Grace… until it overflows from you and spreads out in all directions… for the benefit of all the rest of our fallen, grieving, mortally wounded human brethren.
Matthew 4:12-17
“Now when Jesus heard that John had been taken into custody, He withdrew into Galilee, and leaving Nazareth, He came and settled in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet:
“The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles— “The people who were sitting in Darkness saw a great Light, and those who were sitting in the land and shadow of Death, upon them a Light dawned.”
“From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the (New and Eternal Covenant of the) Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
