One critical area of our boot camp training deals with the unique way God empowers and equips His own to know and interact with Him personally and intimately. Our God is pure Spirit. So we can only connect and interact with our Creator on His unique Spirit-imparted ‘wavelength frequency.’ When we submit to His Word’s absolute Authority and receive Him into ourselves as He truly is, He is free to impart the Gift of the Holy Spirit to us and thus He regenerates and fills our previously dead spirits with the Seed of His Son’s Eternal Resurrection Life. In that way He takes us out of our original state of Death and into His Heavenly Righteous Life. Thus the Living Word and Holy Spirit become our connection with Almighty God. And God’s Perfect Presence begins to reside within us, as in a temple. And our union with Him becomes intensely personal and interactive because now we have access to His marvelous ‘wavelength frequency.’
According to the Bible, this blessed privilege is now only available to the fallen human race through our union and alignment and compatibility with God’s living creative Word. And now that we’re in the era of the New Covenant that Almighty God has made with Israel, we know that God’s Living Word assumed our Humanity, but without Sin, so that He could be the world’s New Covenant Representative, Redemptive Champion, and Eternal High Priest.
John 14:6
“Jesus *said to him, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me!” (Emphasis added.)
Since the fall of our first parents by which human nature devolved into a state of enmity with God and physical mortality, Death automatically invaded our nature and being. So, from their earthly origins, all human spirits are conceived into that state of being spiritually separated from Almighty God, their Life Source. And as long as we remain in that inherited state of living Death, we remain alien to and at odds with, our Creator.
That’s what we mean when we speak of our state of living death. The Scriptures call it ‘Flesh’. In that state, we’re trapped in mortality. Our physical existence on Earth is nothing more than slow death. Our bodies and souls function for a time, but our spirits are separated from God and therefore, we are spiritually dead and inert… while our bodies continue to advance progressively toward their ultimate demise. And, in that state, we cannot serve as the image and likeness of our spiritual Creator’s Eternal Life and Wholeness. Nor can we interact with Him personally, as He originally intended. God made us to share His Eternal Life with Him, and to abide with Him as His eternal heirs. But Sin, and the Death that follows it, make it impossible for that connection and interaction between God and us, to exist. And there is nothing that any human can do to change or improve or escape this condition and the eternal doom to which it leads.
So, God must intervene and initiate a radical, transformative process of reconciliation, regeneration and restoration. He begins to do that by sending His Living Word and Holy Spirit to seek us out. And when we sense God calling to us, to be redeemed, regenerated and restored to that intended union with Him, we must respond to and obey His Word when He summons us to follow Him. And to follow Him is to live out the obedience required by our faith in Him. Then God can progressively reconcile us and our human faculties with His Nature and His Eternal Ways. And He forgives, purifies and transforms us back to our true original God-reflecting humanity.
When we truly understand the situation into which we’ve fallen, we can see our desperate situation and terrible neediness. And we can cry out to God and ask Him to save us. And as soon as we respond to His Word in that way, according to His terms, Yeshua unites us to Himself and begins to impart His Perfect Resurrection Humanity into our regenerated spirits. This awesome New Covenant reality is at the heart of the Gospel of Salvation. And this is why the true Gospel always begins with the word, ‘Repent!’ It is telling us to reverse course, to do a complete U-Turn, away from radical independence from God… and into complete oneness with His Living Word and Holy Spirit! We must forsake any connection we may have once had with the Serpent’s rebellion against God (Genesis 3). We must stop pursuing a self-adoring Humanistic perspective that drives people to keep trying to actualize and fulfill themselves in ways that keep them apart from, and at odds with, Almighty God. In Truth, as long as we refuse to repent, we remain the dying victims and slaves of the Serpent… trapped in our original state of Sin, with no connection to God and His spiritual Realm.
We said that the Bible calls that radically independent state, ‘Flesh.’ And in our FMM meditations, we describe it as the state of spiritual ‘decapitation.’ Such people are cut off from their True Life Source and ‘Head,’ which is God’s Living Word. In that state we can only operate out of our natural fallen ‘soul power’. But that ‘soulishness’ limits us to total dependence on our natural human Sin-corrupted faculties of intellect, will, imagination and affections. Those faculties of our souls are entirely devoid of the ability to operate at God’s level true spirituality. Soulishness forces us to rely solely on the psychic level. And the powers of Darkness have total access to that level of human operation. Thus they can continue to exercise their domination over ‘Head-less’ people and dominate and manipulate them, as they please.
But beloved, make no mistake about this: the soulish wavelength that is natural to fallen human flesh, is abhorrent to God because it is the domain of the powers of Darkness! Demonic spirits have no access to the Realm of God’s Spirit… but they do totally dominate the level open to fallen human flesh! This is why God will have nothing to do with that level, nor will He accept anything that is produced by those rebellious tactics. Flesh and Soulishness are gross deviations, compared to what God originally intended for us!
We were designed and intended to serve the rest of Creation as the spiritual image and likeness of our Creator! And when we are able to operate at that level of interactive union with God’s Holy Spirit, God is able to do much good in this world, through us. But there is an infinite difference between the fruit that true disciples of God’s Word are able to bear, as opposed to what comes out of those that remain trapped within the confines of that original natural fallen flesh state:
Acts 19:11-20
“God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out. But also some of the Jewish exorcists, who went from place to place, attempted to name over those who had the evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, “I adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches.” Seven sons of one Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. And the evil spirit answered and said to them, “I recognize Jesus, and I know about Paul, but who are you?” And the man, in who was the evil spirit, leaped on them and subdued all of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
“This became known to all, both Jews and Greeks, who lived in Ephesus; and fear fell upon them all and the Name of the Lord Jesus was being magnified. Many also of those who had believed kept coming, confessing and disclosing their practices. And many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and began burning them in the sight of everyone; and they counted up the price of them and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So the Word of the Lord was growing mightily and prevailing!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Beloved, Scripture tells us that anything that has Death working in it is utterly incompatible with God’s Life-giving Nature! He’ll never accept anything that is alien to the Nature of His Perfectly Righteous Living and written Word and Holy Spirit! The corruption and death that flows out of Sin cuts us off spiritually from our Life Source. In that state, we’re like astronauts that have had the life-saving cords that connected us to our ‘mother ship’ completely severed. Thus they’re marooned, abandoned, cut off from their lifeline and condemned to drift further and further away from their Home Base… toward the terrible isolation, darkness and death that awaits them in the Void of Eternal Darkness.
That’s what it’s like as long as we remain oblivious to the true inherited spiritually dead condition with which we begin our existence on this earth. Ignorance prevents such people from realizing their desperate need to be reunited and connected to the one and only Source of Eternal Life. They are duped into believing and assuming that ‘everything is okay’ with them just as they are. So they keep rejecting and ignoring the call of God’s Word and the promptings of the Holy Spirit to repent of their Sin and receive their Salvation from God’s Word. The pharaoh of Egypt exemplified this state perfectly. Because of his profound spiritual blindness, He regarded Moses and Aaron with utter contempt and derision when God sent them to confront and challenge him and all of his false gods:
Exodus 5:1-4
“And afterward Moses and Aaron came and said to Pharaoh, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, ‘Let My people go that they may celebrate a feast to Me in the wilderness.’”
“But Pharaoh said, “Who is the Lord that I should obey His voice to let Israel go? I do not know the Lord, and besides, I will not let Israel go.” Then they said, “The God of the Hebrews has met with us. Please, let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God, otherwise He will fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword.”
“But the king of Egypt said to them, “Moses and Aaron, why do you draw the people away from their work? Get back to your labors!” (Emphasis added.)
God’s Living Word is our only true, substantial, authentic Source of spiritual and physical life. He is also our Sole Origin of God-Authorized Supply and Protection! So spiritually speaking, when we are cut off from Him, we’re blind and deaf and limited only to whatever our grossly limited senses and Sin-damaged faculties allow us to perceive, think and do. In addition, we’re totally vulnerable to the powers of Darkness and whatever they may choose to do to us and through us. So as long as we remain in that grossly limited, darkened state of captivity, demonic Falsehood and Death will continue to permeate what we are and contaminate all that we try to do. That’s why God warns against it with such vigor:
Genesis 3:17b-19
“Cursed is the ground (the earth over which God once gave you charge) because you (chose to pull away from your Life Source); in toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; and you will eat the plants of the field; by the sweat of your face you will eat bread, till you return to the ground, because from it you were taken; for you are dust, and, (now that Death has been allowed to enter and do its work in you) to dust you shall return.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
And this is what God adds through His prophet Jeremiah to describe the same situation:
Jeremiah 17:5-10
“Thus says the Lord, ‘Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant.
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit.
“The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.” (Emphasis added.)
This is why He warns us to remain united to His Living Word and to think, act, react and interact as one with Him at all times. If we do, we will always share in the Eternal Life that only comes from Him:
Genesis 2:16-17
“The Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die!’” (Emphasis added.)
Eating from the forbidden ‘I’ll do everything my way’ tree is the Biblical symbol for human unbelief, rebellion and disobedience to God’s Word. Because the Word is our sole Source of Life, separation from Him kills us! That’s how Evil is able to enter us. And we devolve and degenerate into rogue creatures that think and act in ways that are radically independent of and opposed to our Creator and His ways. To experience Evil at that level is to actually become one with it! And that destroys our original image and likeness of God nature. Perhaps it will help you to better see the vast difference between the Realm of the Spirit and the realm of fallen human flesh, if you consider this interchange between Pontius Pilate and Yeshua. In a manner and attitude that resembled that of Egypt’s pharaoh, this Roman procurator engaged in the following interchange with Yeshua, prior to sending Him to His crucifixion and Atoning Death:
John 18:33-38
“Therefore Pilate entered again into the Praetorium, and summoned Jesus and said to Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?” Jesus answered, “Are you saying this on your own initiative, or did others tell you about Me?” Pilate answered, “I am not a Jew, am I? Your own nation and the chief priests delivered You to me; what have You done?” Jesus answered, “My Kingdom is not of this world. If My Kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.” Therefore Pilate said to Him, “So You are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the Truth. Everyone who is of the Truth hears My voice.” Pilate said to Him, “WHAT IS TRUTH?” (Emphasis added.)
Pilate, in his decapitated fallen state, rightly asked the question, ‘What is Truth?’ He was right to ask because there was no way he could recognize or see or accept actual, God-created Truth. Even though Truth Himself was standing before Him… Pilate was blind and deaf to God’s Wavelength Frequency just like the rest of mankind is. Evil overtook us all when our first parents freely choose to doubt and deviate from the revelations, commandments, claims and promises that Almighty God was giving to them through His Living Word! When humans rebel against His Absolute Authority, we are driven to try to assume the Word’s Authority and Preeminence for ourselves. We assume a self-bestowed ‘right’ to measure and assess everything by our natural Sin-damaged innate ways of reckoning. But when our fallen soulish and subjective perspectives, reasoning and opinions tear us away from God’s Word, that separation from our Life Source mortally wounds, deforms and limits us. This is what that demonic spirit that Scripture calls ‘The Serpent’ did to us in the beginning. He began as an illustrious Heavenly Angel… created to serve God in the highest Realm of Eternity! But he rebelled and chose instead to become the first creature to defy Almighty God’s Authority and Order of Creation. And humans who follow his promptings are sucked into his radically independent disobedience to God. Thus the Serpent dominates and pulls us into the same Judgment and Eternal Fate that await him!
Romans 6:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the Free Gift of God is Eternal Life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Emphasis added.)
So our Messiah tells us:
John 15:7-11
“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much (of My) fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.”
Abiding in and drawing from God’s Word and Holy Spirit, as opposed to relying on our soulish faculties, is the difference between Spirit and Flesh, Light and Darkness, and Life and Death. It doesn’t matter which continent we live on or what our culture or race or nationality or religion may be… if anything in us deviates from God’s Living and written Word, as given to us in Scripture, the Bible calls that ‘Egypt.’ And, because of what the book of Exodus tells us concerning that worldly, idolatrous system, the actual Egyptian Empire spoken of in the Torah has become the symbol for the entire, anti-God, idolatrous creature-controlled systems that are found all across the face of this fallen world.
The essential core of the conflict and antagonism that raged between Moses and the pharaoh of Egypt was spiritual in nature. It symbolizes the war that always rages between those who follow God’s Word, and those who defy Him. Moses was being instructed and led and supplied by Almighty God. But the pharaoh was being deceived and manipulated and driven by the demonic powers of Darkness. So that interchange went far deeper than mere earthly politics or ethnic disagreements or racial discriminations. This was about the death struggle between the Serpent and the Living Word of God… and the humans who follow each of them!
And because this spiritual conflict rages all across the earth, the chosen people of Israel are endlessly singled out and excluded and persecuted by all the other peoples that do not know or follow the Word of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Worldly unbelieving people place their faith, hope and trust upon a variety of created things or beings that can be found in this fallen world. That is what God was telling us about ‘Egypt’ and His ‘Israel.’ ‘Egypt’ is a symbol for fallen humanity’s carnal, soulish flesh-adoring living Death existence. ‘Israel’ symbolizes those repentant people in whom God’s Word truly rules and reigns. And Yeshua made this distinction through these very forceful images:
Matthew 7:13-23
“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to Destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to Life, and there are few who find it. Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will know them by their fruits.
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in Heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice Lawlessness!’ (Emphasis added.)
The world system is Humanistic to the core. That is why the powers of Darkness are able to manipulate people so easily. Humanism is the deception that exalts self-driven Man to the highest position possible. It causes us to assume that Man has divinity within himself… that he has the innate right to act as his own supreme being and ultimate source of guidance, direction and provision. So Humanism is a religion it its own right… the exaltation and worship of Man and his intellect and will. And it refuses to acknowledge, embrace and live by the Word of the one, true, Living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Thus the two kingdoms of God’s True Israel and the Serpent’s ‘Egypt’ are ever at war. And the New Covenant disciples of God’s Living Word, Messiah Yeshua, are always caught in the middle.
Matthew 10:16-20
“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. But beware of (soulish, Messiah-rejecting) men, for they will hand you over to the courts and scourge you in their synagogues; and you will even be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they hand you over, do not worry about how or what you are to say; for it will be given you in that hour what you are to say. For it is not you who speak, but it is the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.”
This is why the Bible emphasizes that everything pertaining to our relationship with the true Living God comes down to how we regard and respond to His Living and written Word. Do we believe and live according to what the Word reveals, commands and promises? Do we take His commandments and instructions and directives to heart? Or do we give Him mere lip service while relying instead upon the dictates and desires of our own fallen flesh, and our subjective perspectives, opinions, feelings and passions… placing those created things over and above our Sovereign Lord and Creator and Sustainer?
Matthew 10:32-33
“Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in Heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in Heaven.”
Luke 6:46-49
“Why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like: he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built. But the one who has heard and has not acted accordingly, is like a man who built a house on the ground without any foundation; and the torrent burst against it and immediately it collapsed, and the ruin of that house was great.” (Emphasis added.)
And so the Lord clearly explained to His New Covenant disciples, the vast difference between Spirit and Flesh, and between self-driven soulishness and the spiritual connection and interaction that our regeneration makes possible for us to enjoy with Almighty God:
John 16:13-15
“But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the Truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me (God’s Living Word), for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you.” (Emphasis added.)
Deuteronomy 30:11-14
“For this commandment (that comes from God’s Living Word who is near to you, the Word) which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach. It is not in Heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will go up to Heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it?’ But the Word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it (that is, embrace and submit to Him)!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Romans 16:25-27
Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret for long ages past, but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith; to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen. (Emphasis added.)
Beloved, Scripture assures us that Yeshua, God’s resurrected Living Word, is here to remain connected to us so that He can be our constant Source of Wisdom, Provision, Guidance and Loving Protection! The Word is here to become our new Eternal Life… our Treasury and Fortress and constant Blood Covenant Friend and Companion and Shepherd and Champion! So, apart from the spiritual equipping and empowering of the Holy Spirit, we cannot know or interact with the Word of Almighty God. And when we fail to connect with His Word and Holy Spirit, we have no connection to the frequency of our Heavenly Father who speaks forth His Life-giving Word into the spirits of those who are truly His own.
Our interaction with God’s Word must be much more than ‘lip service’ and religious formalities. It must surpass mere intellectual agreement and head knowledge. It must be the living, Love-generated personal interaction between God’s Word and His disciple… this is the Life-giving result of our actual physically obedient faith and personal service that we render to our indwelling Master in everything that takes place in our everyday thoughts, choices, actions, reactions and interactions!
But at this stage of our development, we’re still en route. We’ve not yet reached the Fullness that awaits us at our Destination. Therefore, even after God regenerates our spirits… the redemptive salvation process is not over. More needs to be done because even after our spirits are regenerated and filled with the Life of God, our fallen Sin-corrupted souls and bodies still have the effects of Sin and Death working within them. That is why we still cannot have direct face-to-face knowledge of and access to… our God’s Perfect and Infinitely Righteous Presence.
Exodus 33:18-20
Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your Glory!” And He said, “I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the Name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion. But, He said, “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!” (Emphasis added.)
So we still need a High Priest Mediator, a Perfectly Righteous Covenant Representative, to serve as our ‘Sin-Covering’ or ‘Insulation’ before God’s Perfect Righteousness and Justice, and the overwhelming Brilliance and Goodness of His Holy Nature and Perfect Presence. And when we connect with God’s Living Word, He becomes our Mediator and High Priest. Then, through Him, God can connect us to Himself. But at this point in our earthly time and space Journey, this can only happen through the Word:
John 14:3-6
“If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. And you know the way where I am going.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am The Way, and The Truth, and The Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me!” (Emphasis added.)
This is why God revealed Himself to the original fathers of our Faith, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob… through His Living Word’s revelation and activity and through the Word’s interaction with God’s chosen people. That interaction was also revealed to Moses and that is what he, and the other inspired Israelite prophets and Wisdom writers, and New Covenant apostles of Messiah Yeshua were commissioned to pass along to us! This is the revelation of the Bible, God’s written Word. It reveals and explains God’s Living Word, in Spirit and in Truth. It is God’s Self-Revelation, given with Divine Precision, Accuracy and Authenticity. The Living Word and the written Word cannot be understood apart from one another, so they must always be known and understood in conjunction with each other. What is written reveals the nature, purpose and activity of the Living Word.
Habakkuk 2:3-4
“For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it, for it will certainly come, it will not delay. Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by his faith.” (Emphasis added.)
Galatians 3:10-12
“For as many as are of the works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the Law, to perform them.” Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, ‘The righteous man shall live by faith.’ However, the Law is not of faith; on the contrary, “He who practices them shall live by them.” (Emphasis added.)
God connects and saves people by the obedient faith they place in His Living Word! When we believe and obey His Word, God covers and enfolds us with His Perfection. He shares His Eternal Life with us and becomes everything we need, on our behalf. God includes all of those, who believe and trust His Word, into His Eternal Blood Covenant and into the Family that our Blood Covenant union with God creates. So we’re spiritually regenerated by faith in and by the Perfection of the Word. He reconnects us to God, and to His Wavelength Frequency. This happens even though we still labor under the handicap caused by the fact that we are still limited to having to use our fallen soulish faculties and mortal bodies. We have fallen flesh, but even so, our regenerated spirits are forever united to, and can interact with, Almighty God!
So we’re equipped with God’s Presence, even while we are still en route on our earthly Journey. Yes, we still have living death working in our souls and bodies, and God will have nothing to do with whatever we produce through those fallen faculties by our own independent initiatives, but even then, we’re sons and heirs of God through the New Covenant. And because we’re part of God’s Covenant Family, we dare not try to bypass our Father’s Word and Holy Spirit. God’s Spirit abides in us to teach and train us to rest completely in God’s Perfect Nature, and draw exclusively from His Word’s Perfect Finished Work which already exists in Eternity. We can do nothing in and of ourselves because of our ongoing state of living death, but there is no need for us to strive… our God has done all of the necessary work to Perfection! And He abides within us, at all times, to impart to us whatever He knows we truly need.
God began to reveal this experientially to and through the original Exodus Israelites, during their times of desperate danger and their utter helplessness and neediness during that forty year period during which they were forced to remain in the wilderness. Their interactions and experiences with God are recorded in the Torah, through which God explains and amplifies His Reality and Truth through the writings of Moses. And notice this: Even most of those Israelites who saw Him perform miracle after miracle on their behalf, struggled mightily throughout their lifetimes.
And the same is true for most of their descendants throughout history. Many embraced the written Word of God, for the most part. But when it came to believing, obeying and embracing God’s Living Word when He appeared in their midst in the first century as their Messiah, they struggled and backed away from Him. And they continue to struggle to understand and recognize and accept Him even to this day. So, even though many Israelites strive to comply with the written Word, for the most part, as long as they do not receive the New Covenant Gift of the Holy Spirit, they will remain trapped in their original Adamic soulishness.

People that are deprived of the Holy Spirit in His New Covenant role will be forced to rely solely on their worldly perspectives, opinions and self-centered unbelief. They’ll continue to perceive, think, speak and act as if they are still radically independent agents. And as long as they refuse to follow Messiah Yeshua into the New Covenant Reality… the Yeshua-rejecting Israelites will continue to assume that they must continue to wait for some other messiah to appear and thus they will continue to lead independent lives of their own, relying on their own intellects by which to manage, control, improve and redeem themselves… by their own religious efforts. But of course, because of their Sin-corrupted mortal state, if their fallen soul power is all they have to rely upon, they will fail.
God continues to use His Torah commandments as a means of revealing and exposing all of humanity’s true state of spiritual death and fallen natural bankruptcy. And, by exposing our desperate human helplessness, He intends to drive us into Yeshua’s arms, so that He might lead us into His Spirit-empowered New Covenant Rest. So, despite Israel’s best intentions and efforts, and the best efforts of all the other religious-minded, radically independent humans, apart from Yeshua, God’s Living Word, they will always fall far short of God’s Perfect Standards.
This is why God uses Israel’s inability to keep the commandments through self-life religious effort, as an example and a warning to all other peoples from all other backgrounds. The Torah exposes the utter bankruptcy and ineptitude of all fallen human flesh and demonstrates our desperate need for an effective Redeemer and a new Covenant with God. And that is exactly what God foresaw and supplied (See Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Ezekiel 36:22-28 and 37)
The failures of Israel illustrate the failure of the entire human race… and spell out for us all, just how profoundly fatal the damage is that the Serpent had inflicted upon us. But the revelation of the New Covenant insures that everything that has kept Man apart from God will be completely removed and Man can be redeemed, cleansed, reconciled to God and fully restored to His Level of Perfect Standards! This is why, at the appointed time in human history, God sent His Living Word to Earth once more… to take on our humanity, so that He could legally serve as our Blood Covenant Representative in this awesome New, Eternal Covenant. In this way, God’s Word became one with us in every way, except for Sin and Death. And thanks to Him, one of us has totally overcome the Serpent, and the radical independence of this fallen world, and the destruction and Death that our corporate and individual Sin inflicted upon us. One of us made full Atonement to God… and to prove that He accepted the Sacrifice… God raised His beloved Son from the Dead. He is the First Fruits of the Total Redemption and Restoration that God has waiting for all of us who will repent and follow His Word into His Eternal Glory
Adam’s humanity was created by God to be pure and holy and righteous. And when the Word became one of us, His Humanity was also created directly by God (See Luke 1). But because His Humanity was generated by God’s Holy Spirit, Yeshua did not inherit the Sin that has killed the rest of us. His Heavenly Father placed the seed of His Perfect Humanity directly into the womb of Miriam, an Israelite virgin, by the Power of His Holy Spirit. And through the utterly Pure and Holy Humanity of His Word, God is able to identify with each one of us, and join us to Himself in His New Covenant, and represent each one of us through His own Word, before His own Judgment and Perfect Standards of Righteousness and Justice. Through His written Word, God enables us to know His Living Word… and He empowers us to operate on His own Wavelength Frequency by the Power of His own Holy Spirit. This is what was implied in the following interchange between our Messiah and His Jewish disciples, who at the time, were limited to knowing Him in the flesh. So ponder once more what Yeshua told them:
John 14:5-10
“Thomas said to Him, ‘Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?” Jesus said to him, ‘I AM The Way, and The Truth, and The Life! No one comes to the Father but through Me! If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on (because you know Me) you know Him, and have seen Him!’
“Philip said to Him, ‘Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Have I been so long with you (since Moses gave you the Torah that reveals Me), and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I AM in the Father, and the Father IS in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
According to God’s written revelation, apart from His Living Word, who became one of us for this very purpose, there is no other way we can connect to God! To be one with Yeshua is to be in direct touch with Father’s Holy Spirit. And the Word and the Spirit connect us directly to the Father and His Wavelength Frequency. This can only be done through a regenerated human spirit. Our souls and physical makeup were severely damaged by Sin… to the point of causing us to become spiritually dead and defective! So if we rely upon our fallen faculties to be our sources of wisdom, guidance and information, our ability to function safely and effectively in accord with God is nonexistent! In that case, we’re ‘flying blind.’
Luke 6:39-40
“And He also spoke a parable to them: “A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit? A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher.”

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

“Let my cry come before You, O Lord; give me understanding according to Your word. Let my supplication come before You; deliver me according to Your Word!” (Emphasis added.)
John 3:9-15
“Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews; this man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, ‘Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.’ Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.’
“Nicodemus said to Him, “How can these things be?” Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel and do not understand these things? Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen, and you do not accept our testimony. If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man. As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up; so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life!”
So, immediately after we obey the summons of God’s Word, and actually begin to ‘follow’ Him – on His terms – our situation changes completely: We are spiritually regenerated, and therefore, ‘born again!’ God equips us with spiritual faculties that connect us directly to His Holy Spirit. And the Spirit is able to make God’s Living Word very real and imminently Present to us, in us, and through us. BUT… our souls and flesh still have Sin and Death at work within them!
So God requires us to update our brains and our minds, wills and affections with new, God-compatible data… and to allow His Word and Spirit to crucify the impulses and urges created by the Death that is still at work within our mortal flesh. And, because our brains only listen to us, we must exercise our God-given free will… to choose to allow the Cross to keep cutting us free from our original ‘Egyptian roots.’ Father deals with us the way an expert vintner ‘prunes’ the branches of a grapevine. He does this so that there will be less of what pertains merely to the branches, and that makes room for more of what pertains to His Vine and the Life that is in the Vine. And that enables the Life of the Vine to increase the level of Fruitfulness the Word can achieve through those carefully-tended, self-less branches.
Thus when it’s time for us to begin to learn about ‘repenting,’ God leads us to the very border of Egypt. And now we must choose, step by step, to allow the Word of God to lead us across the borderline and into the wilderness that is beyond. And from that point forward, we must choose to follow our Master, the Word of God, further and further into the vast Wilderness of Transition that lies between us and our true Ultimate Destination in Eternity… the Land of God’s Promise. Repentant disciples of the Word choose to follow Him step by step. That is, they continue to make that same ‘I defer to You Lord so that You can live Your Life within my flesh’, choice. We choose the same thing when it’s time to take the next step… and the next… and the next… and so forth. We must continue to make the same choice all the way Home. In that way, we get closer and closer to our Ultimate Eternal Destination, until we finally follow our Master across the ‘Finish Line’… the Border that leads into the Promised Land and our Eternal Inheritance.
So at first, we’re just like new raw recruits that have just signed up to join the military forces of a new Country that has accepted us as citizens. Legally, we are true citizens. And legally, we’re under the authority of the military command under which we enlisted. But in actuality, intellectually, neurologically and emotionally, nothing has really changed within our souls and bodies yet. Our brains and nervous systems still have all of the original (civilian) worldly ‘Egyptian’ wiring and programming we inherited in our DNA and by which we were conditioned and formed all of our years leading up to this point. So now, our minds and wills and physical ‘muscle memory’ and set of patterns are terribly out of date and inappropriate. We’re programmed for what we were and where we started. But we still have no knowledge or training to equip and prepare us for the future into which we have just now begun to enter.
Beloved I hope this helps you to see how raw, ignorant and unprepared new disciples of the Lord are when they first answer His ‘Follow Me!’ call. At that point we’re still ‘civilians’ at every level! So we begin our training… laboring under a huge handicap! Ignorance and lack of experience still blind and cripple us. We have new spirits, but we have the same worldly, self-adoring, selfish data wired into our brains and programmed into our souls! We know how to be slaves to the Serpent… but we still know nothing about what it will take to be living members of God’s Living Word, operating under His Headship! We’re still grossly immature and mentally dense and disorganized. We’re still wired and programmed to see and think like radically independent individualists with views and aspirations of our own devising. So we must be taught and trained and disciplined and corrected in the ways of the sons of God.
Isaiah 55:8-11
“‘For My (Life-giving creative) thoughts are not your (living dead) thoughts, nor are your (living dead Covenant of Sinai) ways My (Life-producing New Covenant) ways,’ declares the Lord. ‘For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My (New Covenant) ways higher than your (Sinai Covenant) ways and My (Eternal) thoughts than your (earthly time and space) thoughts. For as the rain and the snow come down from Heaven, and do not return there without watering the Earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will MY (Infinitely Perfect, Authoritative) WORD be which goes forth from My mouth (to perfectly fulfill My New Covenant with Israel); It (HE) will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent It!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Isaiah 40:3-5
“A voice is calling, ‘Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness (that is within your hearts); make smooth in the desert (of your own dead souls) a Highway for our God. Let every valley (within your living death) be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; and let the rough ground become a plain, and the rugged terrain a broad valley; then the Glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh (yours and that of the people around you) will see it together; for the mouth of the(Life-imparting) Lord has spoken!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
When God spiritually connects us to Himself at this unique spiritual level, we still have to be equipped to partake of and cooperate with His infinite, all-knowing Perspective, Wisdom, Authority and Power mentally and neurologically! Now we must learn His Plans and Purposes with authentic accuracy. And we must learn to receive from God’s Living, abiding Word whatever we will need on Earth, from moment to moment, to fulfill His will and His Father’s Plan for Creation. All of that will come from the endless All-Sufficient Treasury of the Word’s Perfect Finished Works of Creation and Redemption in Eternity:
Genesis 2:1-3
“Thus the Heavens and the Earth were completed, and all their hosts. By the seventh day God completed His work, which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work, which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.”
Hebrews 4:4-13
“So there remains a Sabbath Rest for the people of God. For the one who has entered His Rest (God’s Living Word made flesh who rose from the dead) has Himself also rested from His works, as God did from His. Therefore let us be diligent to enter that Rest (with Him), so that no one will fall, through following the same example of disobedience. For the Word of God is Living and Active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Ephesians 4:29-30
“Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed (in the new and Eternal Covenant) for the Day of Redemption (when you will be able to fully participate in Yeshua’s Resurrection Glory)!” (Emphasis added. See also Colossians 3:1-4))
Boot camp training will give us plenty of opportunity to practice the steadfast faith we’re going to need to abide as one with God’s Word in the Last Days. Boot Camp will test us repeatedly… creating many situations that will force the disciples-in-training to choose between what God has clearly said… and what their own passions, urges, viewpoints (or those of others) prompt them to want to assume and believe. There will be situations and circumstances that threaten and close in on them which will urge them to abandon the New Covenant Ground that God’s Word has entrusted to their guardianship. And, as they face the demonic opposition of the Last Days, their own highly limited perceptions and feelings and fears will tempt them to want to save their skins, abandon their posts, and run away from the roiling trouble and lethal conflict.
But God’s Word will remain within us to supply us with everything we will ever need! He will continue to fulfill His Father’s commands and empower us to stand fast and hold our Ground, no matter what the cost may be! And that is the level of extreme crisis in which we will be required to get to know and interact with Him. And that is what we’re being trained to be able to handle. Either we will choose to remain as self-indulgent ‘civilians’ or we’ll choose to transform into the Lord’s Combat-ready Heavenly Warriors and fulfill our Last Days commissions!
God’s Word will never allow us to be sloppy or slovenly. He will make sure we’re invulnerable to whatever the enemy may try to do in any area. We must maintain an airtight impregnable force field of obedience as our perimeter. Our Commander will not allow us to obsess over any of the earthly events, situations and the imminent dangers that will be swirling all around us. We won’t be allowed to glorify and exalt anything that is created, no matter how formidable it may seem to us, and place it above our Sovereign Lord, and His Authority and Majesty. Yeshua must reign Supreme in our hearts at all times!
Colossians 3:1-4
“Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died (to your former radical independence); and your (regenerated) life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our Life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in Glory!”
Our Master and Commander won’t argue or plead; nor will He try to coax or bribe us to believe and obey Him. He will discipline and prune us and command us to embody the Reality that He already is within us. He is here to rule and operate without hindrance, as our All-Triumphant, already-Victorious Lord and Master! He’s not here to help us to do a better job of running a separate independent existence and doing our own thing! He is not here to assist us as we try to do a better job of trying to imitate God according to our own understanding and devices. He’s not here to fulfill any ‘To Do’ lists we might think of giving Him to fill for us. HE IS HERE TO OBEY HIS FATHER TO PERFECTION – in our name!
Isaiah 66:1-2
“Thus says the Lord, ‘Heaven is My Throne and the Earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest? For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being,’ declares the Lord. ‘But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and WHO TREMBLES AT MY WORD!”
God’s boot camp always attacks and removes human self-serving laziness, arrogance, selfishness and cowardice! It crucifies all of that. Our ‘decks’ must be cleared for ‘Divine Action.’ God’s Spirit is here to teach us to defer always to our Lord, God’s Word. Yeshua must have the freedom to live His Perfect, God-embodying Resurrected Human Life… in us and through us… continuously! He is here to PROVE to the world around us that He truly did rise from the dead and has already won the War that the Serpent started against God! And He is here to do it through the crucified, highly disciplined and well-trained flesh of His Word’s disciples!
Hebrews 12:11-17
“All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful Fruit of Righteousness. Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb, which is lame, may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed. Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one comes short of the Grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many be defiled; that there be no immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. For you know that even afterwards, when he desired to inherit the Blessing, he was rejected, FOR HE FOUND NO PLACE FOR REPENTANCE, though he sought for it (the Blessing) with tears.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Dear ones… God never deprives us of our free will. But He will do whatever is necessary to wake us up! Our boot camp will slap us out of our demon-induced trances and arouse us to a state of attention and intensified alertness! God must prepare us for combat, by ‘pruning’ us of everything that gets in His way! And because these times are so urgent and precarious, the Holy Spirit will turn up the heat and intensify our boot camp pressure-packed tests to make sure we’re 100% ready. Remember how He had to prepare all of the ‘still uncircumcised’ sons of Israel in the days of Joshua. Ponder Joshua, chapters 5 & 6. Notice that while the Israelites were massed on the east side of the Jordan, prior to crossing over and beginning their invasion of the Land, they were not at all prepared for the future combat. God’s Word had long since told the first Exodus generation that every Israelite male would have to be circumcised into God’s Eternal Covenant. But they ignored His Word; so the second generation was totally unprepared, spiritually speaking, to do their job.
And rather than send them into battle against the demonic forces that were waiting to oppose their invasion of the Land every step of the way, God took time to get them spiritually ready to follow His Word into the Land of Canaan, and overcome the demonic Darkness. And it was also at that crucial moment, that God’s Living Word revealed more of Himself to Joshua, and showed him what to tell the Israelites to do, and not do, when the time came to encircle Jericho (See Joshua 5). I believe that portion of Torah revelation is vitally important for us! We are the generation that is being prepared to usher in the total perfect Fulfillment of everything that was embedded within all the revelation that God gave to Israel in the past! The Lord must do more to prepare us, than He has ever done with any other previous generation because it falls to us to follow God’s Word into His Invasion of the entire fallen world! So our hearts must be perfectly circumcised! Every effect of Sin must be removed so we can be 100% protected as we advance into the climax of human history!
You are among the current assembly of Last Days New Covenant Israel! Learn what our boot camp training must teach us. Hear your Master’s words in this light. Realize that in His loving concern for you… He warns you about the intense training you must undergo. He tells you clearly WHY it has to happen. Take special note of the glorious purpose and end result God has in mind for us. That will help you to endure in the right spirit and attitude, whatever your training will have to impose on you:
Revelation 3:17-22
“Because you say, ‘I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,’ and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise (caution) you to buy from Me Gold refined by Fire (draw from the Finished Work I am here to supply for you) so that you may become rich, and white garments (draw from My Perfect Righteousness) so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed (when it’s time for you to face the enemy); and (Holy Spirit) eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.
“Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. He who overcomes (by learning to allow Me to live and work through him), I will (share My Total Triumph with him and) grant to him to sit down with Me on My Throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His Throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit (who is here to make Me real and alive and utterly effective within you) says to the churches!’” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Dear ones… can you see what the Holy Spirit is ‘unpacking’ for us? If we remain earth-bound, we’re flesh-bound. That keeps us trapped in the Serpent’s delusion-creating coils! The Realm of the Law of the Spirit is God’s Spirit-imparted Kingdom Ground; but the realm of the Law of the Flesh is still, at this point of our Journey, under the influence of the Serpent’s earthly ‘Egyptian’ agendas! So, if we continue to operate out of our fallen, Sin-corrupted natural souls and brains, we will remain Egyptian slaves!
James 4:3-5
“You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your (natural, inherited, instinctual) pleasures. You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: “He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us”? (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Beloved, hold your Covenant Ground at all costs! Keep firing your God-given, Yeshua-revealing, Disciple Ammunition and Firepower at all times! Don’t give the enemy even a second’s rest or reprieve! Fire what God’s Word is within you, at the enemy… incessantly! Use the Firepower that God’s indwelling Presence provides for you. When we abide within our Messiah’s Perfect Presence, and embody the Fullness of God that is always within Him… there is nothing the Serpent can do against Him or those who are abiding in Him! So by faith in God’s Word… abide in God’s Eternal Dimension and Wavelength. Don’t lose your focus. Don’t allow your mind and heart to slip back down to the low altitude of soulish self-absorbed unbelief.
Thank God for your precious boot camp faith training! He’s equipping us to make the great transition from our natural soulish initiatives… over to being filled with the Living Word of God Himself! He is training us all, to become a multi-membered Fighting Unit in His Service! And just imagine what effect it will have on the powers of Darkness… when we learn to act as one with our Master, as one Body, under One Head – one perfectly coordinated, synchronized Combat Unit!
Imagine the effectiveness of our Heavenly Host when we are all placing 100% of our focus, trust and expectation on Him. He has placed us upon the unassailable Foundation created by His Perfect Finished Works of Creation and Redemption! Everything is Finished! The War is won!
The Plan is for every disciple on Earth to suddenly transform, simultaneously, at His Command, into spotless perfect Yeshua-reflecting mirrors. If we’re all on the Holy Spirit’s Wavelength Frequency, we’ll be equipped to act as One New Man in our Messiah! We’ll merge and blend into one giant world wide Messiah-Revealing ‘Mirror!’ When we all focus upon Him… His blazing, Infinite Fire will shine out from within each one of us. And He will fill the entire Universe with His Darkness-destroying Light! This is why our boot camp must toughen and discipline us until we’re able to keep our common focus aimed dead center on the target God’s Word sets before us. Then it will become automatic and second nature to us, to remain as one with each other, so that we may continue to reflect and embody our Lord, even while the enemy does his worst to get us to falter, sag, and break ranks:
Philippians 3:13-16
“Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the Goal for the Prize of the UPWARD CALL OF GOD in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, have this attitude; and if in anything you have a different attitude, God will reveal that also to you; however, let us keep living by that Same (Finished Work) Standard to which we have attained (in our Messiah).” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
When the Serpent causes one of us to lose focus, he wipes that person out of our ‘Body of Christ’ battle formation and that creates an opening that allows the dark powers to gain access. And that increases the risk of potential damage to all the rest of us! We dare not disintegrate among ourselves, in our minds, hearts and imaginations! We must remain as One! When the enemy gets us to begin to come apart, they make our casualty lists increase and our common resolve begins to evaporate. But Father orders us to close ranks and look through and past all the earthly demon-created situations so that we can keep our hearts, minds, wills and affections fixed securely on His beloved Son. And if each one of us is trained to abide in Him, and remain focused like steel-penetrating lasers, with total faith and confidence in His Perfection, we’ll be able to remain as one with one another. And when we do, our Master will have a Mirror-like Body on Earth, through which His obedience to His Father will be mirrored perfectly into this world!
There is nothing in the Serpent’s arsenal that can even come close to being as Real and Potent as God’s own Word! All our enemies have to use is the lies that foolish men believe and take to heart. But nothing in Reality can stop the Truth and Glory of God from smashing into their lies and delusions… and bringing his demonic enemies down to total abasement and submission! God will do this through the faith of His Redeemed New Covenant Jewish and non-Jewish Chosen People! The Outcome is inevitable. Yeshua is King of kings, and Lord of lords! That’s why Scripture is so adamant concerning our faithful obedience:
Revelation 12:10-12
“Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven, saying, ‘Now the Salvation, and the Power, and the Kingdom of our God and the Authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.
“And they overcame him because of the Blood of the Lamb and because of the Word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time!’” (Emphasis added.)
Only a short time remains for the demonic powers to do their worst. And Father, in His Faithfulness, is intensifying the training regimen of His sons, to make sure we are able to operate as one perfectly synchronized Unit that will embody and reflect the Resurrected Presence of Yeshua from within us. He is here to overcome their lies. He is here to discipline, train, prune, teach, correct and forge us all into the long-promised, Word-reinforced, Company of New Covenant Warrior Priests. He’s preparing us to serve God with great effectiveness, and fulfill our roles as part of His invincible Last Days’ Heavenly Host!
So learn to see through the fog that the demonic lies create. Penetrate the murkiness… until you can see the terrified, frantically desperate powers of Darkness that are trying to hide behind it. What God’s awesome Word has already done, has completely pulled the rug out from under their feet! They have never had anything to sustain them that is real or true or God-given. And that’s why they are in such a panic! The Advance of His Truth is about to expose and confound them totally. And their fear is driving them to try to seek to delay Almighty God’s advancing Fulfillment. But they can’t stop the Word. They can’t change or override His Truth or blot out His Light! Satan can legally attack and manipulate and destroy those who believe and follow him. But he has no claim on us when we fly far above his maximum altitude level and abide with our God, and share His Heavenly Spirit-imparted Wavelength! What belongs to God is fully under the Authority of His Word. And when we’re in His Word… the Word’s Total, Eternal Triumph shines out of us!
Philippians 4:4-7
“REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS; again I will say,REJOICE! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. THE LORD IS NEAR, BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING, but IN EVERYTHING BY PRAYER AND SUPPLICATION WITH THANKSGIVING LET YOUR REQUESTS BE MADE KNOWN TO GOD. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Emphasis added.)
Ephesians 3:14-21
“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in Heaven and on Earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the Riches of His Glory, to be strengthened with POWER through His Spirit IN THE INNER MAN, so THAT CHRIST MAY DWELL IN YOUR HEARTS THROUGH FAITH; and that you, being rooted and grounded in Love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the (Spirit-imparted) Love of Christ which surpasses (all fleshly, soulish, demon-manipulated) knowledge, THAT YOU MAY BE FILLED UP TO ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD (because His Living Word abides within you to give all of this to you)!
“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the Power that works within us, to Him be the Glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen!” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
Hebrews 11:1-10
“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the men of old gained approval. By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible. By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained the testimony that he was righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks. By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God. And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness, which is according to faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place, which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs of the same promise; for he was looking for the City which has Foundations,WHOSE ARCHITECT AND BUILDER IS GOD!” (Emphasis added.)
Beloved, every human on Earth is in the process of dying! The Serpent killed us. But God did everything necessary to restore us to Eternal Life! His Holy Spirit has already planted the Seed of that Eternal Life into our spirits! So don’t be deceived by earthly circumstances or human opinions and perspectives. Many around you may continue to deny the existence and authority of the God of the Bible. Many will reject and deny His Word. And they will all tremble at the approach of Death… because they’re heading for Eternal Death! For the time being, they may enjoy a short season of being highly respected by this fallen world and its systems. And they may hold exalted positions and enjoy the status that other men have given to them. But none of that will last! What such men try to bestow upon themselves or upon each other… will soon be taken away by the Death that they continue to allow to work within them!
Psalm 37:1-3
“Do not fret because of evildoers, be not envious toward wrongdoers. For they will wither quickly like the grass and fade like the green herb. Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the Land and CULTIVATE FAITHFULNESS!” (Emphasis added.)
God is transforming His own into an Invincible, Eternal, Universe-transforming Light! As long as we abide with Him, and draw everything we will need from Him, nothing will be able to dim or conceal or prevent that Light from overwhelming and overcoming whatever is Evil and Dark and False! This is what God was saying to Abram in the beginning:
Genesis 12:2-3
“… I will bless you, and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed!” (Emphasis added.)
