Beloved Family… I’m sure we all realize by now that we’ve entered a tremendous, monumental watershed era in human history. At this moment, the nations of the world are forced to ponder and make some excruciating choices. Mankind has reached a fork in the road, so to speak. And we are all being forced to choose which of the two options we are going to take.
One road leads to worldwide globalism. If we take that road, we’ll be forced to forget all about any nostalgic notions of our national heritage and history, and our deeply engrained ideas about ‘my country,’ and about ‘patriotism,’ and cultural traditions and strictly defined and guarded borders. We’ll also have to choose to embrace and swallow the inevitable consequences of submitting to the imposition of immense government-run Socialism and perhaps even full-blown world-wide Communism.
This option will of course be a road that no previous generation of United States citizens has ever explored or had to travel in the past. So if the global community does actually emerge all across the world (presupposing every current existing nation agrees to enter into a universally accepted suicide pact for their unique traditional institutions) the nations, as we know them, will disintegrate, fade, and completely disappear. So we can see that it will also make it much easier for Israel’s many enemies to gradually erase her and her awesome God-given significance and legacy from the awareness of future generations. And that means that the world will be left with a huge spiritual vacuum and deeply intensified spiritual Darkness. In place of what was there before, all that will be left will be a mass of diverse ethnic strangers that will be forced to strive to become compatible and comfortable with each other as they are forced to struggle to adapt and morph into, one universal identity, purpose, and destiny, with no knowledge or understanding of the Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob!
And for sure, that will be utterly alien territory for those of us who think of ourselves as ‘believers’ and, ‘Americans’! But if the world’s population does decide to do that, then no doubt we will all be forced to experience a lot of shocking, jarring and traumatic bouts of ‘homesickness’ that will be unprecedented, and incurable. In this new globalized type of world, at least in theory, everyone will be forced and expected to feel ‘at home’ anywhere he or she lands. No particular place or people group will be considered to be unique and special, or more desirable or entitled, than any other. The idea of World Citizenship will replace the former traditional national identities and cultures and the localized citizenship customs to which generations were intensely loyal in the past. And the new borderless outlook, we’ll all have to adopt, will be the only choice that is left. And that will present to us a vague hope that the new ruling elite, who will be in complete charge of deciding what will be done, and how, will be fair and just, and will consistently exercise integrity that will be upheld by Truth and Wisdom. The ruling elitist cabal will be the only option left on the world’s menu of dominion. And they will resolutely pursue their goal of creating a universal global atmosphere where total equality and justice among all the people, and tolerance and harmonious peace will be legislated and enforced all over the world… by their brute force! The peoples of former and current Communist regimes have already experienced such a way of living. But to the rest of the world, it will introduce an unbelievable series of shocks and traumatic upheavals.
That’s one possibility. But it is not yet an inevitable fact. The world is still trying to make up its mind. And perhaps we will end up choosing to take the opposite road… the traditional road that is so familiar to us all. That road has a long history of human imperfection and recurring national conflicts and at times, unspeakable brutality. But even though that is the case, there is no guarantee that human nature will prove to be any better or different, simply because a new kind of system and set of structures begins to be imposed. The historical track records of both systems have proven to be equally flawed and exceedingly disappointing, to say the least. And so we’re still trying to decide which of the two roads we should choose, given all of the technological and climate and societal changes that have now come into being. And we’re at a point where, because there is such strong intent to prevail in each of the two groups that are advocating one or the other choice, that violence and bloodshed are liable to break out at any moment. At present, that seems to be inevitable. So, no matter which option prevails, it seems there will be traumatic strife and tribulation and conflict and violence leading to bloodshed in our future.
Many people are doing everything possible to force this new Globalist reality down everyone’s throat. And there are many others who remain intent on staying with and protecting the traditional values they inherited from their forefathers. They intend to maintain their national identities and customs and traditions and citizenship borders. They deeply suspect and oppose the idea of throwing every nation and ethnic people group and set of cultural roots into a huge cosmic ‘blender’ and mixing them up until nothing remains of the past. They sense that option will leave us all stuck… having to deal with an unimaginably alien ‘thing’… that will produce totally unknown results, without any real guarantees of satisfaction and success leading to peace, harmony and wellbeing.
Each of these schools of thought is adamantly opposed to the other. And each one intends to do whatever is necessary to prevail. So it seems inevitable that this issue will be fought over… to the death. And already, we are observing the beginning of the ‘tearing apart process.’ The ‘fabric’ of one entire society after another is being torn to shreds! So, what are we to make of this? What is real and true, and what is Delusion that is leading to self-destruction? These two options are incompatible with each other. They cannot coexist. So one will have to put an end to the other. But will either of them ever be able to produce what they promise?
So, this presents a critical question that very few people seem to be willing to consider: will either one of these two large opposing groups be willing to dare to take a serious look at what the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has revealed about all of us in His written Word and through the Guidance of His Holy Spirit? Or will they both choose to ignore the revelation of Genesis 11 and pay no attention to the fact that God Himself separated the wicked-hearted peoples of this world (for their own self-protection and survival) and confused their languages and set them apart to minimize their inherent self-destructive tendencies and force them to develop separate nations, cultures, languages, and ethnic identities… for their own good?
Genesis 11:1-9
“Now the whole earth used the same language and the same words. It came about as they journeyed east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. They said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly.” And they used brick for stone, and they used tar for mortar. They said, “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name, otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.” The Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the sons of men had built. The Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do, will be impossible for them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”
“So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of the whole earth; and they stopped building the city. Therefore its name was called Babel, because there, the Lord confused the language of the whole earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of the whole earth.” (Emphasis added.)
The Lord reveals that He established the system and order of unique national identities and the diversity that we’ve known for so long in this multinational, many-cultured world. He intended for mankind to be diverse and for all nations to retain their unique identities and world standing so each one could play its God-ordained role in His Plan for the Restoration of His Creation! Thus God ensured that the demonic rebel spirit and the effects of our innate Humanism (which is the deliberate pursuit of a radically independent existence opposed to Almighty God,) would be muted and weakened and unable to stop or deter God’s Plan for Man’s Redemption and Salvation. God is intent on the Perfect Restoration of His Creation, including the Sin-corrupted fallen human race! And He won’t allow anything in Creation to stand in His way, or prevent Him from finishing what He has begun.
Acts 17:24-31
“The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of Heaven and Earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, THAT THEY WOULD SEEK GOD, IF PERHAPS THEY MIGHT GROPE FOR HIM AND FIND HIM, THOUGH HE IS NOT FAR FROM EACH ONE OF US; FOR IN HIM WE LIVE AND MOVE AND EXIST, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’
“Being then the children of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and thought of man. Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a Day in which He will judge the world in Righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead!” (Emphasis added.)
It appears that the proponents of both groups, that of ‘Globalism’ and ‘One World Government’, and the group that clings to nationalistic pride in its own inherited traditions, are much closer to each other than they may first appear. They have different ‘frosting’ on the outside, but underneath, we will find the same old Self-life ‘cake’. Each group seeks, in its own way, to undo what God has established for His own redemptive reasons. As each group tries to ‘sell’ its pet agenda and tries to convince its hearers of the ‘truth’ and ‘reliability’ of their ‘new wisdom,’ they both give almost no thought to or mention of, Almighty God and His ways. Nor do they dare to think about His fast-approaching Day of Judgment! The Serpent’s agenda is to get each unique human to become so self-engrossed that they will all strive to ignore God and try to become number one in their own right, regardless of which social and political philosophy they may choose to embrace! Each one is assuming the role of a self-serving competing little god that is here primarily to serve Self. And everyone else had better stay out of their way! So… so much for human unity and cooperation!
And, because the Serpent succeeds so well in getting each individual and group of individuals, to navigate according to that same ‘Me First’ principle, they’re all following a surefire recipe for endless strife calculated to tear everyone and everything to bits! And so, as men try to save themselves and gain preeminence for their own ways and their pet causes, they are actually cooperating with each other to effect their eventual mutual self-destruction! Yes, that Self-life paradigm will always lead to bitter strife and unspeakable turmoil and destruction. So, to believers in God’s Truth and Reality, it is obvious that these globalist-minded people as well as their nationalistic opponents, are advocating the same type of Humanism that destroyed the Perfect God-made Integrity and Unity of every level and element of the beautiful Creation that He had created for us all. The Sin of rejecting and ignoring God’s Living Word has blinded and damaged human nature and warped its faculties so badly, and wounded it so mortally, that its original perfection and love-based harmony can never be restored without the direct intervention of our Creator! Radical independence from the one True God is the very state of being that both Globalists and Nationalists are trying to glorify and spread and perpetuate! And as long as that is the case, they are working together, by simultaneously attacking the redemption and salvation of Mankind – from two different directions!
Genesis 6:5-8
“Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. The Lord said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.”
It’s obvious to those that are grounded in God’s Word, that the Serpent is doing whatever he can to get the human race to continue to give in to the same demonic spirit of Self-adoration that he managed to get our first parents to embrace. He continues to deceive many of their God-separated descendants into perpetuating his vicious Lie. Thus each generation continues to reverse and undo the proper order of Creation that God established in the Creation Account of Genesis. And they’re trying to reunite and enhance what God divided and weakened in Genesis 11, when He dismantled the ability of that spirit of Self-life to function at full strength… to protect and enhance His Plan for our own spiritual redemption, protection and ultimate restoration!
So now, once again, the world powers are trying to re-gather the God-divided segments of humanity… and herd them back into a new, Man-made, global ‘Tower of Babel’ format of unity and singleness of purpose. In other words, they’re trying to restore that ancient ‘Tower of Babel’ way of doing things, under the guise of a ‘United Nations’ agenda. That sounds good to spiritually blind and naive people; but it is actually that same old, ‘I’ll do it my way’ type of agenda that is inherently embedded within all of us! And that is what the Book of Revelation warns us about. God has to save us from ourselves! But He has warned us that a time will come when Humanism will reach its zenith of development. And that will create an opening into this fallen world, that will usher in the appearance of the Antichrist! And the Serpent that will be manipulating the Antichrist, will relentlessly seek to cut us all away from our only true Source of Life, forever!
So the Serpent will not stop trying to nullify everything God has already done through His Living Word made flesh, to redeem, save, purify and restore the fallen human race. Those who adopt his demonic suggestions are presuming to take it upon themselves to replace God and His Word, and become in their own right, the ‘saviors of the world.’ They promise to extricate mankind from its current woes. And they reject and ignore what God has already done to meet our needs, through His Word made flesh. They intend to replace God by creating their own forced political structures and contrived societal imperatives and false religions. But beloved, how can blind, lost people lead and save other blind and lost people? No… what they’re really doing is working to create that future entryway by which the Antichrist will finally be able to appear on the world scene and play his part in the Last Days Drama of Destruction. For this purpose, the Serpent will continue to stir up the Self-life of fallen human flesh to its ultimate level of intensity and self-destructiveness!
And this is also why his powers of Darkness try so frantically to force political and economic reunification upon the human race. By doing that, they can destroy the safety provided by our current national structures and boundaries. By doing that, they will cause global chaos, which will generate so much demonically-induced soul force, that (they hope) will enable them to overthrow God, and wrest all Authority from His Living Word, and destroy God’s Plan for the full Salvation and Restoration of His Creation!
Revelation 13:1-10
“And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore. Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten diadems, and on his heads were blasphemous names. And the beast, which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority. I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?” There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him. And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God to blaspheme His Name and His Tabernacle, that is, those who dwell in Heaven.
“It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the Book of Life of the Lamb who has been slain. If anyone has an ear, let him hear. If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. HERE IS THE PERSEVERANCE AND THE FAITH OF THE SAINTS!” (Emphasis added.)
So what we are seeing operating all across the surface of this world, in so many people and events that are taking place around us, is the ‘fruit’ of what we know as ‘the fallen demon-possessed, Sin-adoring, human heart.’ We are observing with our own eyes what the written Word has been warning against all along:
Jeremiah 17:5-10
“Thus says the Lord, “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant.
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit.
“The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.” (Emphasis added.)
Matthew 15:8-14
“After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, “Hear and understand. It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man.”
“Then the disciples came and said to Him, “Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this statement?” But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father did not plant shall be uprooted. Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if a blind man guides a blind man, both will fall into a pit!” (Emphasis added.)
Beloved, God has already done everything necessary for Creation’s Total Restoration and Regeneration! He is ready to apply for us, all of the Grace and Mercy that already exists in His Eternal Dimension. He’s ready to transmit it to us in our time and space dimension. It is ours, as soon as we repent of our Self-life and turn to God with all of our heart, soul, strength and might, to receive it from Him!
Revelation 21:3-8
“And I heard a loud voice from the Throne, saying, “Behold, the Tabernacle of God is among men (present tense), and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
“And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new!” (present tense) And He *said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give to the one who thirsts from the Spring of the Water of Life without cost! He who overcomes (allows My Son’s Cross to eliminate his Self-life) will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Amplification and emphasis added.)
God is forever the same, yesterday, today, and forever! His Lovingkindness is EVERLASTING! He means us nothing but GOOD! But as long as we continue to ignore and reject His Word, which contains all of the Fullness of God that He wants to give to us, our blind stubbornness takes us out of position to receive the cascade of God’s Grace and condemns us instead to total Eternal emptiness and the desolation of Death! So God continually tries to get through the incredible resistance of our Sin-hardened hearts:
2 Chronicles 7:13-14
“If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My Name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (Emphasis added.)
So notice what the so-called ‘experts’ and pontificating social commentators keep asserting so dogmatically, whenever another mass shooting, or act of terrorism, or pre-planned and orchestrated event occurs. What ‘solutions’ do they offer?’ What do they keep saying? They say that, basically, we human beings are ‘good.’ And our flaws are due to external issues and causes that keep us from achieving our dreams and reaching our full potential. And those are the things that can and must be, ‘fixed.’ “Yes,” they say, “we have flaws and are in need of vast improvement, but Man can ‘fix’ all of this by adopting a better social system, with new paradigm guidelines, and better education and scientifically derived ‘self-management!’
They continually allege that the human hearts of individuals are not to blame. So, each time a violent individual or group suddenly causes carnage, confusion, chaos and panic, what do these so-called wise people do? They blame something or someone else! They never zero in on what God calls ‘Sin.’ Nor will they dare to put the spotlight of our attention upon the wicked hearts of the perpetrators, among whose number, every other Sin-corrupted son and daughter of Adam and Eve must be included!
So the Globalist solutions range from legislating much stricter ‘gun control measures’ or stamping out racism, and ethnically based economic privileges, and class derived and racially based entitlements. And notice how they intend to force their agendas on everyone, whether the people like it or not. They will decide what is good and bad and right and wrong. They will decide how the world’s resources are to be apportioned. They will decide what is fair and just and most beneficial for all. And they will impose socialist, communist-based education and politically correct social structures to replace the tired old divisive structures that, according to them, have to be replaced.
Matthew 15:18-20a
“But the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. These are the things which defile the man…”
The ‘experts’ say or imply that perpetrators of these incidents are driven to act as they do, by circumstances for which other outside causes are responsible! This is evidenced by often repeated messages such as these: If legislators would only enact much stricter gun control measures, these things wouldn’t happen. And, if other people were educated enough to stop being so racist and were delivered of their need to be ethnically ‘privileged,’ the perpetrators of such crimes would not feel so victimized or be driven to such fear and insecurity that drives them into these violent rampages. So, basically, it’s never our fault. It’s due to bad luck. And that’s why perpetrators are never held directly responsible for the evil they commit. It’s always the fault of something else, some social class or social set of conditions. The negligent or careless or callousness of others, including God Himself, is always to blame! They spin such incidents in ways that deny the existence of Sin, and they try to erase any hint of God’s impending Justice and Judgment. Instead of considering what our Creator has revealed through His written Word, these people insist that the solution is to apportion the world’s wealth and resources more equitably. And with the correct and proper education and instruction in politically correct principles, Man can succeed and prosper and thrive. But this always causes chaos and destruction. And this is what the spirit of Antichrist thrives upon. He intends to make the human race so divided and confused and chaotic and terrorized, that all men will instinctively look to him… to serve as their savior and rescuer! And thus, finally, it is the Serpent’s vain hope to be able to depose and replace God, and take the Highest Place for Himself!
So, to assure preeminence for themselves and their methods, the deluded ones that are making an entryway for the Antichrist, continue to attempt to stir up hatred and resentment against God and those who believe and fear His Word. In other words, they demand to be free from God’s Authority and reserve for themselves, the liberty to substitute their own will and agendas for God’s will and Agenda. And to continue to divide and conquer us all, they demean the current standing of every nation’s tenets, principles and laws. They despise our American God-respecting Constitution and other similar national charters. The result is that not only do the violent crimes of the perpetrators and predatory aggressors tear at the fabric of each established society, but the pontificating commentators and experts who make excuses for the perpetrators while they stand on the sidelines and give their spiels, are actually aiding and abetting and adding to the damage and chaos and fear that the primary perpetrators of chaos intend to stir up!
If the Humanistic Globalists can stir up the people they continue to divide enough, they’ll succeed in creating enough carnage, destruction, chaos, terror and helplessness… And THEN… everyone will eagerly and gladly turn all control and authority over to them! And that, beloved, that total controlling power over everything in sight, is what this is all about. The cabal of unelected elites has, for centuries, been conniving, scheming and manipulating world conditions in their relentless effort to gain and exercise universal power that will enable one man, someone other than God’s Living Word (the Antichrist), to control the entire world.
We’ve seen regimes and individuals in the past try to achieve this level of power. And they have always inevitably failed. But that does not deter the current generation of tyrants from assuming that they can finally accomplish their goal. And so, here we go again. Another generation of would-be overlords and controllers is hard at work to give it another try. This is what history has taught us and this is what we’re seeing happening again. But God’s Word has already told us:
Psalm 92:6-8
“A senseless man has no knowledge, nor does a stupid man understand this: that when the wicked sprouted up like grass and all who did iniquity flourished, it was only that they might be destroyed forevermore. But You, O Lord, are on high forever.”
So notice how religiously these humanistic people, that can be found in both opposing groups, avoid the mention of Almighty God, and His Word and His Law. Their perspectives are entirely man-centered. And, unlike God, who tells us plainly that we are all wicked sinners by nature, the humanists never lay the blame for humanity’s crimes on themselves… where it truly belongs. Never do they focus on the Sin-corruption and wickedness that is in their hearts, and in the heart of every other mortal human in existence. And this is why they never allow Sin to be mentioned in their presence! But notice how many of them end up becoming demonic worshippers of Self… which is the Agenda of Satan himself! So, are they really in the hands of the one true God, or are they in the clutches of the Father of Lies?
The ‘wisdom’ of this world always proposes measures and ‘solutions’ that are as foolish and near-sighted as the claim that biting dogs can be ‘cured’ by having muzzles placed over their snouts! Beloved, will a muzzle over a dog’s snout ever be able to change the inner viciousness and aggressive urges of that dog? Will a cage tame the heart of a wild beast? And will external laws and restraining social structures ever have a transformative impact on the Sin-loving, self-destructive cravings of inherently greedy, self-serving lawless predators of the human kind? No, of course not!
Romans 5:27-31
“Where then is boasting? It is excluded, by what kind of law; of works? No, but by a law of faith. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one. Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law!”
Laws always have to be imposed on self-serving humans! If that doesn’t happen, people run amok and the destruction of entire societies follows very quickly. And this is proof that we do not naturally have the necessary wisdom or character or inherent moral fiber to govern or redeem or change ourselves. It is not natural for us to be ‘good’ for very long. Therefore we are not able to live in ways that are sufficiently considerate and selfless and reliably mindful of the rights and sensibilities and needs of others. No, the truth is that human beings cannot live and operate in good and proper societal order, UNLESS a just body of rules and restrictions is imposed upon them, laws that correspondingly impose just penalties when they are violated. Retribution must hang over the heads of men, to lessen the likelihood that they will disobey and violate those laws and frightening restraints!
But societal restraints are artificially imposed external factors, just like muzzles! Yes, they rein in our highly destructive tendencies; but they never touch the essential Lawlessness of our innermost being! So, only if the evil that boils deep within us can be artificially restrained in some way or other, can we humans be prevented from quickly descending into strife, mutual destruction and rampant chaos! So to blame outside factors or other people for what this or that individual decides to do to harm or take advantage of someone else, is to miss the point completely. How can I blame and criticize you for the evil that is in your heart, when I refuse to admit that the same thing that is in you is also in me? And how can I dare to think I can govern you, when I’m not even able to control, restrain or change what is going on in my innermost being? What hope is there for either of us if we both refuse to face the Truth about ourselves and admit that we are all morally and spiritually bankrupt and will never be able to change, correct or redeem ourselves? What else can we realistically and truthfully do, but to turn together to our Creator, and fall at His feet so that each of us may receive the Grace, Mercy and full Restoration that only the Creator of all things is able to impart to us, who are made of nothing more than dust? If we do forsake and empty ourselves of ourselves… God is free to infuse His Holy Spirit into us. And then He is free to infuse and form the nature, character and dispositions of His Living Word, into our innermost being. God Himself must become our Righteousness, Truth, Wisdom and Love. But apart from Him, we can do nothing but destroy and be destroyed.
Dear one, is what oozes out of your heart, or mine, really the fault of our circumstances, or of other people? Is the society in which we live, responsible for what we can’t stop thinking and lusting after and craving to have and do so wholeheartedly? Or does the blame really lie with each one of us? The Truth is: we are all sinners by nature… and therefore, we all need the restraints provided by God’s commandments and the empowerment and firm Management and Guidance of His Holy Spirit:
Ezekiel 36:25
“Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.“
Matthew 5:17-20
“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish BUT TO FULFILL! For truly I say to you, until Heaven and Earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished!
“Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven!”
Luke 6:41-42
“Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye!”
Little children never have to be taught to be ‘naughty’ or rebellious and strong-willed, do they? They do that instinctively and automatically! And none of us needs special instructions on how to be selfish and conniving and lustful and predatory, do we? All those things are natural, spontaneous urges and impulses that automatically ooze out of the natural passions of our innermost being! So no, we have no need to be taught how to be evil. What we always need to be disciplined and trained and motivated to do is… to be nice, and polite, and well-mannered ‘good citizens.’ It’s easy for us to be destructive monsters; but for us to be wise, good, loving and considerate of others is as difficult as trying to push a large boulder up the side of a steep mountain!
Even the highly revered and saintly apostle Paul was appalled at what he had learned about his own sin-loving fallen human fleshy heart. I’ve heard preachers and Bible teachers stumble all over themselves trying to modify and lighten the impact of what Paul said about himself in Romans 7. For some reason they felt obligated, because of his highly respected status and reputation in Christendom, to exalt him and tone down and mitigate the impact of what he was saying about what he had discovered to be working in his own heart. But he admitted it nevertheless; and he didn’t pull any punches or ‘soft soap’ his self-description:
Romans 7:21-25
“I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.” (
Can laws that Man enacts make his natural passions and lusts go away? And will external restraints and theoretical knowledge really have a transformative impact on the Sin-loving, self-destructive cravings of inherently greedy, self-serving lawless human predators? Dear ones… not even the threat of being placed in brutal, desolate prisons can cause evil wicked human hearts to repent and decide to be ‘good!’ Laws and other external restraints only serve to stir up the inherent wickedness that is already within us from conception!
Romans 5:19-21
“For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. The Law came in so that the transgression would increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace would reign through Righteousness to Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Emphasis added.)
Worldly pundits refuse to admit the truth about every human heart, including their own! They arrogantly and self-righteously embrace the religion of Humanism that exalts and worships Man, and they bitterly oppose, ridicule and reject the Life-giving Word of the True Living God! But even as they try to oppose and replace their Creator… He continues to give them their every breath, heartbeat, brainwave and ability. But in the End, His Truth will shake them to their core, and cause the ground beneath their Lie-based ‘house of cards’ to cave in as their own self-devised empire of lies eventually destroys them!
Isaiah 14:12-21
“How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, you who have weakened the nations! But you said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, and I will sit on the mount of assembly in the recesses of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’
“Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol, to the recesses of the pit. Those who see you will gaze at you, they will ponder over you, saying, ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms, who made the world like a wilderness and overthrew its cities, who did not allow his prisoners to go home?’
“All the kings of the nations lie in glory, each in his own tomb. But you have been cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch, clothed with the slain who are pierced with a sword, who go down to the stones of the pit like a trampled corpse. You will not be united with them in burial, because you have ruined your country, you have slain your people. May the offspring of evildoers not be mentioned forever. Prepare for his sons a place of slaughter because of the iniquity of their fathers. They must not arise and take possession of the earth and fill the face of the world with cities.”
James 4:4-10
“You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: “He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us”? But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
“Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the Presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you!” (Emphasis added.)
So beloved friends… we have a situation on our hands that will become increasingly difficult and intense in the days ahead of us. We will be forced to live in a world that will not be able to stop exalting and adoring Man. Self-adoring people will always insist on believing, promoting, and doing what God and His Word will not allow. Therefore, they will despise and shun those of us who proclaim God and His Word. Our very presence will be an unwelcome nagging reminder of a level of Truth and Reality that they are totally unwilling even to consider:
1 Corinthians 1:18-25
“For the Word of the Cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the Power of God! For it is written,
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the cleverness of the clever I will set aside!” Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the Wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well pleased through the Foolishness of the Message preached to save those who believe. For indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the Power of God and the Wisdom of God. Because the Foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the Weakness of God is stronger than men!” (Emphasis added.)
Humanism continually crows about Man improving and saving himself and meeting his own needs. But God continually points out that Man, thanks to the plague of Sin that severs him from union with his Creator and Sustainer, is conceived with Death already at work within his mutilated, corrupted human nature! The dead will never be able to save or improve themselves! Nor will they have anything of lasting eternal value to offer to anyone else who has Death already at work within them! The fact is that none of us can do anything to save or cleanse or improve ourselves… unless we defer to our Creator! He is present at all times. And we must become willing to receive what He has always wanted to freely give to us all! So, as long as we remain at odds with, and apart from, Almighty God, the one and only Source of Life and Provision, we condemn ourselves to remain in our innate state of living death! So much for our ability to exalt ourselves and ‘save’ our profoundly skewed and dying world… from itself!
1 Corinthians 2:1-9
“And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God!
“Yet we do speak Wisdom among those who are mature; a Wisdom, however, not of this age nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; but we speak God’s Wisdom in a mystery, the hidden Wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory; the Wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; but just as it is written,
“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him!”
The Serpent persuaded the first humans to sever their minds and hearts and wills from God’s Living Word. Before they did that, Adam and Eve were one in beholding and interacting with God’s Word. As long as they stayed focused on Him, the Word unified their viewpoints, hearts, wills, activities and outcomes. They did everything from the Word and according to the Word, and for the Word. They obeyed with wholehearted faith, trust and loving obedience. And the Word filled them with His Love for God, and for themselves, and for each other. In that sense, the Word lived in them and worked to bless and protect and tend to the loving unity that prevailed throughout the Garden of His Creation.
Adam loved the Word, who loved Eve and whatever else He had created, from within Adam. And Eve loved the Word, who loved Adam and whatever else He had created, from within her. So their union with, and love for, God’s Word, enabled the man and woman to live and work as one with each other. Everything they were and did, was the fruitful result of God’s Love for them both. So, because they were both receiving God’s unending Love for themselves, they were always equipped to share that awesome Love with each other and also with their offspring and the rest of Creation.
But the Serpent destroyed that awesome union by getting each human to reject and forget about his or her True Source for all things… the Living Word. Instead they focused on themselves and their unique differences. Thus they became enemies of God and opponents and competitors to one another. That’s what happens when humans idolize themselves and trust in their own separate perspectives and opinions and personal agendas. It is very natural for us now to be alien and opposed to God’s Agenda. So what were once objects of our love are now objects of suspicion, mistrust, and abandonment. It is no longer, ‘I will love you for God’s sake, even if it kills me’. Now that original viewpoint has become twisted and disfigured. Now it is a matter of, ‘I will love myself, even if it defies God and kills you!’
Now, Sin-twisted fallen humans strive to follow their own self-adoring ways. Each one is seeking to stumble upon some arcane created ‘secret formula’ that will enable him or her to succeed in fulfilling the private lusts, agendas and aspirations that lurk in their hearts. But of course the agenda of one, will differ vastly from those of God, and from those of the other people who live around them. And that breeds within each human, suspicion, competition and strife leading to mutual destruction! So instead of the loving Family that God intended to make of us, we have descended to the level of ravenous snarling beasts that operate at a ‘dog eat dog’ level of existence, causing the world God created to be a bedlam of carnage, terror, and destructive desolation.
So I ask you: How could a world full of such self-adoring beings, ever agree and unify enough to actually create and perpetuate a ‘One World Community’ and hope to make it really work? What level of unselfishness and self-sacrifice will this take? And which of us would be capable of it? Are the world leaders that intend to take full control over everything capable of this? I think not. So this is why God warns and commands and summons us to repent of clinging to our self-adoring state of Death. We must be rid of that false god called ‘Self’… and be free to follow the Living Word of the One True God! Only by His Eternal Word, that has all Authority in Heaven and on Earth, can we be redeemed, cleansed, purified and received back by God into a share in His Eternal Life and Love-based Unified Integrity!
If all we do is stick with the original God-less self-life in which we were all conceived, our only hope will be to try to ‘educate’ and ‘train’ our wicked hearts by ‘muzzling’ ourselves with harsh laws and restrictions that will enslave us all by imposing a myriad of external penalties and barriers that will hopefully suppress and keep our passions and desires in check. But without God’s Holy Spirit to impart to us the Life and Love-empowered Righteousness that is in God’s Living Word, Man’s pathetic set of external muzzle-like restraints will never change our hearts and enable us to transform into the image and likeness of God! Earth will remain just as brutal and dysfunctional and terror-ridden as always, no matter what kind of system it adopts and tries to follow. Because we are originally born dead in trespasses and sins… the only answer for us is to be ‘born again’, that is, spiritually regenerated by the Authority and Power of our Creator, and to renew our minds and rewire our brains with the God-given patterns and paradigms supplied by His written Word. In other words, the Sin that kills us must be cut away from our spirits, souls and bodies, completely! And the only way that can happen is if we DIE to it once and for all, with and in our resurrected Messiah… and in exchange for what we were… we must receive from Him what we could have never supplied or made for ourselves:
John 3:1-8
“Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God!”
“Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit!” (Emphasis added.)
So although the Gospel sounds like pure insanity to worldly humanistic people, the difference between the ‘Foolishness of God’… as opposed to ‘The Wisdom of fallen, twisted, self-destructive Man’ is like the difference between God’s Fullness as opposed to the nothingness we’re left with if we fall for the Serpent’s empty but deadly bait.
Matthew 8:21-22
“Another of the disciples said to Him, “Lord, permit me first to go and bury my father.” But Jesus said to him, “FOLLOW ME, and allow the dead to bury their own dead!” (Emphasis added.)
If each human being on Earth truly belonged to the Word of God who created, redeemed and is continuously providing whatever we will ever need, there will be no need for us to become ravenous predators that plot against, and seek to take advantage of, our neighbors. In fact, if we were all receiving the Everlasting Lovingkindness of God for ourselves, we would all overflow with Him, and we’d have more than enough of His Love and Abundant Provision to bestow upon and share with every other person we’ll ever encounter! And in that case, we are able and equipped to live and act as one… one Love-Empowered Covenant Family… drawing from our common Infinite Source… sharing His Endless Blessings with each other… in restful Peace, Harmony and endless Wellbeing. And this is why our ‘Marching Orders’, that are listed elsewhere in this website, are, when actually employed, such an important blessing and guide and help to us.
Union with God and total Agreement with, and Submission to God’s Living Word is God’s True Solution. This is the True Gospel of Salvation! And nothing short of it will ever be able to serve as an adequate substitute… So… what the Serpent is trying to substitute for that with his bogus assertion that ‘Man is the measure of all things’, and his ‘New World Order’ and ‘One World Government’ delusions, is nothing but a demonic trap calculated to do even more damage to us than he has already managed to inflict!
2 Chronicles 16:9
“For the eyes of the Lord move to and fro, throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Indeed, from now on you will surely have wars!”
Job 5:16-18
“So the helpless has hope, and unrighteousness must shut its mouth. Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves, so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty. For He inflicts pain, and gives relief; He wounds, and His hands also heal.”
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
“And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong!”
Isaiah 66:1-2
“Thus says the Lord, “Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest? For My hand made all these things, thus all these things came into being,” declares the Lord. But to this one I will look, to him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at MY WORD!” (Emphasis added.)
Beloved… think over all of these things as you continue to observe and listen to what people all around you are doing and saying. Listen and watch closely. Assess the track records of all systems and nations and empires from past history. Did they succeed? Did any of them usher in lasting peace and loving harmony? Did the leaders who dominated their societies really and truly care about anyone but themselves? Did any of them actually meet the dreams, aspirations and needs of the masses of people who were trusting in them? How have all the efforts of all of those would-be ‘saviors’ work out?
After you consider all of that… ask God to guide your steps and supply the Wisdom and Discernment you will surely need by which to navigate the course you’ll be taking in the future. And choose for yourself… whose voice you are going to heed, and whose authority you are going to obey! Your entire eternal future and what your condition will be throughout its endless expanse, will depend on it!
